My kids are very happy with their dental hygienist, Robin; she has a special way of handling kids and they come home excited to help care for their teeth and great ideas for me to try too. The new renovations they have made is amazing, like the comfy lobby with the fireplace, a cute kids play corner, and up to date equipment. I highly recommend this place for a dentist.

I was traumatized by several dentists and orthodontists not listening to me, not taking my pain into account, even later on as an adult. Dr Boucher and her assistants reconciled me with going to the dentist, and I am no longer scared. Not only do they explain everything, answer any and all questions I have, show me the X-rays and teach me to read them... They also have consistently been the most thorough and the most comprehensive dentists I have even been to. They truly treat your teeth and your oral health as an important part of your body health, not a separate one. Dr Boucher asked a series of questions regarding my sleep, my medications, and my work, that I was never asked before. Turns out, it was playing a role in a problem I have, and we're now able to fix it. The clinic is small but not stuffy or congested, and very comfortable. There are bright colors, plants, plenty of sunlight, and nature sounds playing very low in the background. If you have anxiety about medical and/or dentist care, this helps a great deal. If you don't, it'll still be very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean but still comfortable, and I always feel safe going there. Last but not least, the administrative workers are also friendly, never rushing me, yet efficient. Long story short: if you are scared of going the dentist, come to Dr Boucher for friendly yet rigorous, and empathetic care. If you aren't scared of the dentist, come to Dr Boucher anyway, for comprehensive and efficient care.

Adam attends to us in such an easy, considerate, and truly friendly manner - as if he looks forward to doing his work. But that's not why. The fees are, I assume but don't really know, fair. But that's not why. Why? I'll tell you. Gladly. Two years ago, the 3 yr old fell down and hit his front tooth which was bleeding and just hanging there. Dr. Jaeger came in (it was a weekday evening) and immediately attended to him. Last week, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, my son-in-law chipped both front teeth. Dr. Jaeger could have been playing golf, or fishing, or reading a book, or just relaxing, but...he drove in and immediately fixed the teeth. I don't know (technically) what you call it, but from my standpoint, he fixed it. On a Saturday. Want to know why we all (3 generations) go to Dr. Jaeger? Simple, really. He treats us like family. My mom's 18th birthday present back in the day was a full set of upper dentures. I have an older sibling who has dentures. Ugh. So I sucked it up and headed here upon the recommendation of my dentist to increase the upkeep on my still kinda pearly Irish chompers. Dr. Joe is a really nice guy. I did some research on him and found out he went to Harvard, which, if you mention it, he waves away as though it's nothing. He and his staff were very careful to explain everything that was going on, and what I needed to have done, while tedious, was not bad at all to deal with. They are great about keeping on you about checking in with how you are doing as you heal up. Other than it seems like most patients I've seen are at least 20 years older than me, and are being picked up after their appointments by their children while I can still drive, I am adjusting to the fact that there is no shame to getting some additional dental help. It's even kind of cute seeing all these who are around the age my parents would be if they were still around.

I adored Dr. Bruden and when he retired, I knew that he would not have sold his practice to Dr. Jean Piper if she weren't a wonderful person and a fine dentist. I can't remember how many years ago that occurred - maybe 25 years - but I remain a devoted patient of Dr. Jean, as do my family members. Dr. Jean and Rhonda, her hygienist, have set the tone for the office - grace, calm and friendliness. I had very complicated and unique roots and he was so incredibly thorough that he fixed all of my roots and explained to me what was wrong! If I ever have to have another root canal, I hope I can see Dr. Katz again. After the root canal, I had questions and he explained everything in an easy to understand way. He even had pictures! I'm a nurse so I had a lot of medical questions Dr. Katz always had the time to answer my crazy questions!
