This dealership is hands down the worst place I have ever done business with. To be specific their…read moreservice department particularly is a joke. After giving them a second chance to make things right from the first time of adding accessories, and making a mess of my new defender max limited with their half hearted work and poor communication, they stuck me with another almost $800 labor bill. Just to get it home and find that what was requested to be done still hasn't been done, on top of a new hole and switch in the dash that does absolutely nothing. I called the general manager to see about getting refunded the labor money since after paying them to fix their screw up I now have to fix it myself or take it some place with a competent service department. I was told that he would not be doing anything for me, could take it some place else and cursed up one side and down the other. When trying to voice my concerns and explain my problem with the service department and botched up, several thousand dollar utv, I was constantly cut off before I could finish a sentence. For 2 weeks now I've been trying to contact the president to sort this out with multiple messages left and no reply. Very unprofessional Very poor service Very poor communication A parts installer that takes no pride in his work

They lied about testing the lift when it dropped and totaled my boat. They will not take ownership on their warranty! The owners hide and can't talk to any of them because they know they are liable for a failed lift. The control box company told me they never registered the box. The box was 3 years old before they installed it on my lift! I have $60,000 in damages. I had the same problem a year ago with my lift and they did not pressure test or get the control box company out to test it because they knew it was not warrantied. If they did come out the lift would have been fixed and all of this wouldn't have happened. BUYER BEWARE!!!

New Boat Lift: 6800 LT model…read more I had a tough decision to make as I had an existing relationship with a great team that provides another brand of lifts to replace our "Old" lift destroyed this winter due to old age. Doing my own research, I came across Casey and His Team and decided to hear him out on the advantages of the Loto Lift 6800 LT. Casey knows his lifts and while he did not "Bad Mouth" the other brand, he did feature the advantages of his lift. I made the decision to go with an unknown team over the great service of the known team simply because I felt the Loto Lift had too many features I could not pass up: I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER ABOUT THAT DECISION. Casey was scheduling a few weeks out and gave me a tentative date for removal of the "Old" and installation of the "New". As the date approached, he contacted me with the exact date so we could be there. They came as scheduled and the installation was 100% professional. I cannot thank him and his team enough. I have a second lift of the "Other Brand" that is still reliable, but comparing these two lifts Side-by-Side is a "No Brainer". I simply love that all of the hardware is above the water and the construction of the 6800 LT is incredibly impressive. I cannot give a higher rating for both Before the Sale and Installation. Friendly, competitive and professional throughout the installation. Everything I witnessed convinces me that Casey and his team will stand by their work for years to come. When the time comes, I will definitely consider the Lotto 6800 LT model! Thanks to everyone at Loto Lift!

The prices are comparable to a lot of other rental locations around Osage Beach but for better, newer boats. Made the reservation over the phone, which required a $50 deposit. Easy. The paperwork went quickly and the dock hands were really helpful the day of our rental. I should have gotten their names to mention them in the review, but I failed in that respect (apologies). My first job was a dock hand at a Yamaha marina in North Carolina, so I was already pretty familiar with the boat, but the guy that went over the boat with me was very helpful and did a great job expediently and concisely going through the checklist and orienting me to the boat. We went back to the marina once during our day on the lake to get fuel and to rent a tube from the office, and of course again at the end of the day to top off and turn in the boat and tube. The same dock crew was there each time and were always polite, personable and helpful despite having been out in the sun for approximately eleventy hours by the end of the day. I received a return visit punch card which allows me to earn up to a 50% discount on future rentals. While I am personally unlikely to return and use it since I visit the Ozarks once every 5-6 years, I thought it was a great idea, and a nice touch. 50% off a Yamaha boat rental is a big deal. For all of you that are interested in launching your own boats from the Surdyke Port 20 location, beware: $15 to launch and $15 to recover, which is insanity. Not sure if that's the going rate around the lake (I imagine not), but that's madness, if so. However, if you're looking to rent a boat, I definitely recommend giving Surdyke a shot.

They are perfect when you are buying one of their boats, but totally blow on customer support…read moreafterwards!!!
