I miss the previous owners. At no time did I become angry. This terrible customer service. A negative rating. This dealer is not even close to the standard set by there previous organization. Marty the service manager convinced me to perform a $1500 service in which I agreed. 10 months later, I went to change the drive oil and the fluid came out milky. My mechanic said he doesn't think Iguana touched my drive at all. All seals were obviously older than one year. I contacted them to see what they could do and just got swept under the rug with new ownership as their excuse... from the same guy that did the repairs. I urge you not to do business with these people or you will pay royally for it. Also, if you bought a boat before the ownership change, they will not be held accountable! The boat was relatively new and everything worked well. I especially like the dept finder whereas we were suspect of shallow waters. Got our deposit back quickly. We also took a pull behind water tube for the kids. The staff was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. When we returned the boat it was very easy.
