Took it back and they tested it in the run barrel and then down to the lake for a 5 mile or test run. Couldn't duplicate what it did when I had it at the lake. Went to pick it up and the total charge for all they did was $0.00. There are a lot of boat shops that would have charged me for the labor hours, but Larry said couldn't duplicate the problem so no charge. I traveled from Osage Beach up to talk with him the same day, Before I left I had put a deposit on the machine. It was still in the crate and had to be assembled. Sam said it would be ready on Wed of the following week and call to check. It was as promised, Sam did a walk around with me on the machine and test drive. We went back into his office did the paperwork and final payment, and the machine was loaded onto their trailer and delivered to the Lake. I couldn't be more pleased with the salesman and how smooth the transaction was completed. So if you are looking for water or power sports equipment, be sure to see Sam, the salesman.....and he doesn't like green eggs and ham.

The pictures listed didn't even come close to the condition of the ATV. It was beat to up. Cracks all over the panels that were covered up by duct tape. Completely covered in scratches. I am in the same line of business, never would I have a customer drive 2 hours if the pictures and description didn't match the actual product. This place was dishonest and the only explanation I received from the salesman was "well it is what it is, I have new ones if you want to look at those." I am very unhappy with how the sales department handles their business. I will not be doing any type of business with them in the future.
