The weird part to me is that the seats make noise when you recline which I wouldn't' think you'd want in a movie theatre. Pretty far into the movie I saw someone coming into the movie theater that we were in and that person was just standing there looking at everyone that was watching the movie. This of course startled me a bit because a lot of active shootings have gone on. It has been a very hard time for all of us I believe. I kept an eye on this person not knowing what was going to happen. This person in fact was a employee of this movie theater and I later found of her name is Michelle. She walked to the side front of the theater in front of the screen and stated to yell and scream for who ever has their feet on the seats to take them off unless they want to clean her seats and anyone on their cell phones shouldnt be on them at all. Look I understand that but she should of confronted those people and or teenager's in a professional manner that would not startle and be disruptive to others that are trying to relax on a Friday night. Not have a employee of the theater think it is okay to disrupt customers and scare them. My children told me that they thought she was someone who was going to hurt us. Do you know how horrible that is? After the movie my husband and I did ask to speak with this women and anot her employee went to get her. We confronted her and she only would tell us her first name. She tried to apologize but we could not accept that because that was not what we paid for! She was a very cold person she should be ashamed of herself! I would like corporate to reach out to me. This needs to be taken care of. I believe it is reasonable to say that that is not professional behavior that is not at all how you run a business. A police officer was there and did witness us confronting her and making our complaint. We did not pay for Michelle to come in the middle of our movie and start to yell and scream at us! My family and I originally were going to go to the movie theaters in Sherman , but I said why not go here in town. I really ate my words tonight on that one! Horrible customer service! 5 stars for the staff....2 for the maintenance issues…read more I absolutely love going to this theatre...the staff are almost entirely wonderful. It's just that they don't seem to have the budget they need for maintenance. The seats are pretty old and hard. Emergency exit doors aren't properly sealed in multiple theatres...so if you see something when it's still light out you'll be distracted by the bright light coming in the door. Some of the theatres have weird things going on with the lights too....some flicker/strobe during a movie, which is very distracting at best and possibly seizure inducing at worst. The oven thing they use to heat the snack foods needs some work too...sometimes it only heats part of what goes in it and leaves the rest very cold. The key thing I have to remind myself about is the HVAC system....if it's hot outside, bring a sweater. If it's cold outside, wear layers that you can remove.
