It's just that they don't seem to have the budget they need for maintenance. The seats are pretty old and hard. Emergency exit doors aren't properly sealed in multiple theatres...so if you see something when it's still light out you'll be distracted by the bright light coming in the door. Some of the theatres have weird things going on with the lights too....some flicker/strobe during a movie, which is very distracting at best and possibly seizure inducing at worst. The oven thing they use to heat the snack foods needs some work too...sometimes it only heats part of what goes in it and leaves the rest very cold. The key thing I have to remind myself about is the HVAC system....if it's hot outside, bring a sweater. If it's cold outside, wear layers that you can remove.

The theater is old so the seats tend to recline whether you want to or not. No stadium seating here and the room I was in was small for todays standards. However, it is very clean the best I could see. I went to a matinee and it wasn't overrun with inconsiderate moviegoers texting and such. Signs indicate they will allow you to take food in from the food court.

My favorite terrible example is that there is always just one bartender on duty every Monday when the bar is always completely full for trivia. 17-20 teams, each team with multiple people, ordering drinks and food for more than two hours... and there's one person working. The in-theater waits are equally rough, and they still close you out early, which means the servers disappear about halfway into the film. Note that tips are added automatically. A fair practice but a good thing to keep in mind!

My only complaint is that it was freezing inside, so definitely bring a blanket or jacket. They also have a nice mix of current releases and classic films. This is a multi generational classic movie. The Dewayne "The Rock" Johnson did an excellent job in this movie and he has always been "Maui" . This is ridiculous. I'm assuming the manager is not trained well or lost the paper with the contact information. This theater didnt make an accident report when my wife fell with the theater stairs. There was no lighting for your feet when using the stairs during the movie. It was dark, and she fell and busted up her knee. She didn't want to make a commotion and waited for the movie to be over, and we reported it right after. The attendant contacted a manager we spoke to him about it. I stated that I have seen theaters with lighting with the stairs, but didn't see that here, and that my wife busted up her knee. Wanted to report it for documentation. He said ok and left to go get something. We thought he was getting an incident/accident form to fill out, and all he brought was blank paper and a pen. Had her leave her name and number. He did offer an ambulance and a band-aid, but nothing else. He didn't offer her a chair when she was showing pain standing. He said someone would contact her the next day. No one has called about it. With a big chain like this, there is usually a protocol for accidents and forms to fill out for liability, and there was nothing. I don't know if he wasn't trained well or they didn't take it seriously. My wife is still in pain, and in the picture that I'm attaching is all the bruising that is developing. I dont recommend this theater especially for safety concerns.
