Horrible If I can give this place zero stars I would I've been going here for the past 15 years and…read morethe waiting time to see the Dr is absolutely unacceptable. You have to wait 3 hours just to see them just to only be seen for a couple minutes. I don't even understand what the point is of having an appointment if you have to wait several hours after the scheduled time. The Front Desk and majority of the nurses are terrible too they have bad attitudes will talk behind patients back talk crap and just gossip when patients are around absolutely NO Professionalism shown here at all. I had an issue going on and at first the Dr had disregarded it saying nothing was wrong this was a couple years ago flash Forword to earlier this year it's becoming a serious issue and now they're finally addressing it absolutely horrible.

The fact that they are socially distancing just so staff and clients can be safe is awesome. There are now limited chairs in the waiting area and I do appreciate that as it says that they are following CDC guidelines and that in itself says a whole lot since the neighborhood is highest incidence rate in Chicago. I am glad to see that my Dr is doing his part to make sure the citizens of Chicago are safe and that we can somehow find a way to normalize what has been thrust upon us and that is this crazy pandemic. I am impressed enough to give e the office a 5 star which is rate for me, but keeping masks on, disinfecting and showing social distance guidelines is what I needed to see.

From the very first appointment, he demonstrated a rare combination of deep expertise, compassion, and clear communication. He took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan, answered all questions thoroughly, and made my Dad feel confident and supported throughout the process. The surgery itself went exceptionally well, and Dr. Reisz checked in regularly afterward to ensure recovery was on track. His professionalism and genuine concern for patient well-being truly set him apart.I am incredibly grateful for the skill and dedication he brings to his work. Anyone seeking a highly competent and caring urology surgeon would be in excellent hands with Dr. Reisz. Thank you, Doctor!

The staff is knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I have nothing but praise for the medical care itself. However, trying to get a taxi out of this building is an absolute nightmare and deeply unorganized. While there is a direct phone line to request a cab, the system is entirely broken. All you get from the dispatchers is a vague acknowledgment that a car is on the way. You are left to wait and wait. Worse yet, even when you are finally assigned a specific cab number, there is zero order outside; other people will routinely jump ahead and take your designated taxi, forcing you to start the entire process over again. This chaotic, confusing setup is incredibly difficult and stressful for people who are ill, exhausted, or unfamiliar with the area. The medical staff deserves five stars, but Rush urgently needs to organize its passenger pickup system to protect its patients.
