Lynn is a skilled practitioner, but she is also an amazing listener who takes the time to evaluate your situation, injury, and needs, and explains thoroughly what plan of treatment she recommends. After a few sessions, I was sleeping through the night and back on the Peloton. I believe my strain, which could've taken weeks to heal, was noticeably better in a remarkably shortened period because of Lynn's treatment. I also, recently, had my first massage ever at Palmgren and Angelique, like Lynn, is not only very skilled, but is also someone who listens, evaluates, and does a great job explaining their methods and recommendations.
