Everyone here has been very welcoming and knowledgeable except for the receptionist -- she doesn't smile, doesn't greet any of the patients, and she doesn't look like she wants to be there. She also gave us a problem on our very first visit when we were running a bit behind, but the rest of the staff ended up being really accommodating to my partner and I which I appreciate. Katina is also the sweetest manager there and actually cares, she took time to go over everything and has taken the initiative to work with us through and through, especially since my insurance is out of network. She gave me reasonable options for self pay, which I truly appreciate. I love that the doctors here will not blindly adjust you. They will get x rays and give you an in depth understanding of what is going on and what the game plan is etc. I am definitely going to come back here in the near future to pick up where I left off based on my overall positive experience thus far.
