I showed up for my appointment today and was told by the receptionist in the most condescending tone, "oh no sweetie, she moved." No one told me of this which caused me to be 20 minutes late to my appointment when I showed up to the correct location. The receptionist at the 2601 W. Marquette Road location had no record of my appointment and said it was neither her fault, the other receptionist's fault, nor their computer's fault, in essence blaming me for their staff error. I asked when I could be seen and she gave me only one appointment time that did not work with my schedule. I had to tell her 3 times that the appointment would not work with my schedule because she would not listen to me. In addition, when I asked if I could speak with Evelyn to see about getting my prescription called in to a pharmacy, Evelyn would not return my call and relayed the message that she would not help me with my medication. This is highly unethical to leave a patient in such a precarious situation. I can't emphasize enough how ignorant the staff are and how terrible Evelyn Norton is. Do not go here.

Having supplies automatically mailed to you at home seems like a great idea. But they will call you daily if you want to talk to a representative prior to medical shipment out. And, if like me, you actually DO need to talk to someone, the automated response is "We will call you back when a representative is available." In itself, that's just pathetic. If you're going to call me, and I need help, be sure someone is either there to response or allow me to wait for someone. I can overlook that, but... OF THE NUMEROUS TIMES I'VE REQUESTED THAT THEY CALL ME, THEY NEVER DID. *** AND THEN SHIPPED ME MY SUPPLIES (WHICH NO LONGER WORKS WITH MY EQUIPMENT ***. Expired prescription? No prob! I trust him with my spinal and neck adjustment so much I have recommended him to my family. He takes time to explain your problems and treatments. He really knows his stuff and it shows in the way you feel. His new facility is bigger and much nicer than the previous one. They also do physical therapy, massages, x-ray and have doctors for weight loss and other issues. The cold laser is cool ask him about it. The staff is friendly and are always in a good mood.

There are now limited chairs in the waiting area and I do appreciate that as it says that they are following CDC guidelines and that in itself says a whole lot since the neighborhood is highest incidence rate in Chicago. I am glad to see that my Dr is doing his part to make sure the citizens of Chicago are safe and that we can somehow find a way to normalize what has been thrust upon us and that is this crazy pandemic.
