What a nightmare I've had with this provuder. She provided me a medication that I would withdrawal…read morefrom if I stopped taking it, and she tortured me with that medication. She was extremely unprofessional from the beginning. she would make appointments to meet with me and not show up. I'd have to remind her that I existed and she missed our appointment. This is all small stuff though. She ended up stealing a bunch of money from me. She lied to me about the requirements for the program. I was told we meet for 4 weeks weekly then I step down to every other week. After we'd been meeting a while, I asked about stepping down. she said, "Oh, you're supposed to buy these drug tests off of Amazon and use them for 4 weeks in a row with me on a video chat. That was definitely not disclosed to me in the beginning. So I had to meet with her more and pay more money. I'm certain she neglected that little tidbit in order to keep charging me weekly. It was pretty lucrative for her. $190 a week for a text message? Wouldn't that be nice? That was another unprofessional thing. I only actually spoke with her a couple times. The rest was just texts saying, "Any changes?" and things like that. That would have been fine except I needed video calls to take my drug tests with her. She also put me through it when I went on vacation. I told her 2 months before I went out of town that I needed enough meds for the 14 days I would be gone. I reminded her almost weekly. She waited until the 11th hour. The night before I left she had us standing in the pharmacy begging them not to close yet because she hadn't called in my prescription. It was so stressful. Our plane left at 4am the next day for Europe. I thought I was going to miss the dream vacation I spent a year planning or have to spend it in withdrawal. It gets even worse though. She was just charging and charging and charging my credit card. She double charged and changed for days we didn't meet. When the first extra charge came through, I thought it was a simple billing error. She refunded me with a little bit of a fight but not much. Then all the other charges started happening. I had finally moved down to monthly visits. I thought everything was fine. Then I pulled up my credit card statement and was shocked at how big the bill was. I started investigating and realized she was still charging me for weekly visits instead of the monthly visits I had earned. I hadn't been on weekly visits in months. I reached out to her. She told me the app we were meeting on needed to refund it. She even tried to blame me saying I had it set to autopay every Tuesday. I reached out to the app, and they said there is no autopay on the app, and she was responsible for the refunds. This made sense because she was the one who refunded me last time. I told her this and she went silent. I had to dispute it with my credit card company, and she came back with a complete lie. She told them I actually had met with her on those dates. Luckily all of our meetings and conversations were done through the app, so I have proof we didn't meet those days. I'm going to get refunded by my credit card company, but this woman is dangerous. She should not have the license she has. I'm reporting her to my local medical licensing board and reaching out to malpractice attorneys because this has been one gigantic nightmare from the get go. She prescribes these meds people can not go without then abuses the crap out of this vulnerable population. And steals from them. I'm sure I'm not the only one she has done this to. People probably just feel like they can't come forward because they need her. That's how I felt when the over charges started. "How am I going to get the meds I need to keep me out of withdrawal if I speak up about those gross misconduct?"
