After a somewhat disappointing experience at one of the Wilmington Port City Java locations where my drink was overloaded with ice, I made sure to ask to ask if it can be made with less ice, and the staff delivered by making a Mocha Freeze that was smooth and great tasting. It wasn't too sweet and more importantly, it wasn't over 40% ice. While it wasn't the best crafted drink I've had at a coffee shop, it was a solid 4.5/5 experience, which I'm happy to round up since the service was warm and friendly.
