All I had done was x-rays and check up. Dr. Carla Duff did not even do an oral exam but just looked at x-rays. Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

Somewhere between the front desk and the lab, confusion can start setting in and as a new patient, I feel lost in the tangle of people who are supposed to help. She took the time to meet and greet with my son and got him good and comfortable with her before she started. She was very attentive to him being a toddler but most importantly with patience, was able to clean all of the staining; an arduous task out last hygienist was unable to accomplish so big props to Bethany! Furthermore, she asked about our use of fluoride, which we avoid for personal reasons and she was respectful of that. It's obvious the business is grounded on top notch patient relationships and they strive towards excellence.
