Staff is friendly and experience, faculty is clean, off street parking, and less expensive then other dentists I have visited. This is the dentist that I have been looking for! All I had done was x-rays and check up. Dr. Carla Duff did not even do an oral exam but just looked at x-rays. Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

She didn't even notice me sitting there for so long while everyone else went before me. No apology. Especially after they couldn't even get me in that day after all that. I visited them for a filling replacement, cleaning, and checkup. The staff are very friendly and courteous, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the start. I got the impression that everyone loves their job and people, which really makes a difference in setting the tone for care that can cause anxiety for some. As for the actual services, the staff are efficient, considerate, and effective. They frequently checked on me to ensure I didn't need a break or suction during procedures and ensured that I was fully numbed. These sound like obvious actions, but as someone who has moved a lot and received dental care across the spectrum of quality I can attest that's not always the case. Their site also appeared to have new or current dental technology. I learned by discussing their machine that crowns can be 3D printed now. Finally, the staff offered excellent and pointed dental care advice based on my specific needs. I highly recommend Dental 32 and they will be my go-to for dental services going forward. She took the time to meet and greet with my son and got him good and comfortable with her before she started. She was very attentive to him being a toddler but most importantly with patience, was able to clean all of the staining; an arduous task out last hygienist was unable to accomplish so big props to Bethany! Furthermore, she asked about our use of fluoride, which we avoid for personal reasons and she was respectful of that. It's obvious the business is grounded on top notch patient relationships and they strive towards excellence. I thought the message was a mistake because of the earlier call. After that, at 3:06pm I get a message from the office again asking me if I'm on the way to their office. I called the office and said no, I wouldn't be coming since they cancelled my appointment to go home early. The receptionist was super kind, but had no idea what I was talking about. I explained the prior phone call cancelling my appointment. She put me on hold and asked around, but I guess no one confessed to calling me. Anyway, I just let her know it wasn't her fault, but we would be finding another pediatric dentist for our kiddos since I felt I was being jerked around by the office. Sad that they lost our business. This was supposed to be an initial appointment and we would've used them until our kiddos were grown. They came highly recommended, but I'm extremely disappointed with the service. So unprofessional to call someone day of cancelling an appointment so they can go home early and then not cancel the appointment after all and ask where I am when I've already rearranged my schedule twice.
