But....when it has comes to getting cavities filled and crowns...this dental office looks like a scam. Dr. Vasantha Lakshmi Pedarla has no references or reviews ANYWHERE on the internet. She has no history that I am able to locate. She has been there for months and no reviews on her work from anyone, except for one review saying she was nice and she is nice. But, I can't let her work on my teeth, especially putting crowns on, that could end up on tooth loss if not done Right. Spring View is owned by Heartland Dental DSO, a huge corportation that employs hundreds of dentists around Springfield MO, but doesn't care about updating their website's to give the patient the vital information that is needed. I've had poor dentistry from beautiful offices with darling new dentists and 3 teeth fell out after 2 years of having crowns put on them. I pray to never have that experience again. That is why I am choosing to locate another dentist office. Hopefully, one not owned by Heartland Dental DSO.

Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. Today I was in for a couple of fillings and a cap. While I don't look forward to having my teeth worked on, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

I went here for a few years and got all of my regular cleanings. It wasn't the best dental care…read moreI've ever received, but it was acceptable. I wondered why certain preventative measures weren't taken or even brought up in certain areas, but my biggest issue was with how they handled an issue with insurance and an unknown outstanding bill. My insurance was about to end, so I called to schedule the final appointment. I checked while making the appointment that the policy would cover the procedure. They looked into everything and said that it would. I went to the appointment, got my cleaning, and checked out without any issues. Many months later, I received a voicemail saying they were about to send my outstanding bill to a collection agency. After calling them back, I learned that I had not received any of the notices about the outstanding bill, because they put the wrong name on all of the mail sent out and were calling the wrong phone number (an ex on the account). They also informed me that I had to pay the full cost of the last visit, because insurance didn't cover it (even though they said there were no issues when I checked out). I wasn't happy, but I paid the outstanding balance in full during that phone call. The next time I called to schedule an appointment, they refused to schedule me. They said accounts that get sent to collections can't book future appointments. I told them my account never got sent to collections and that I paid them the full amount over the phone and had the receipt. They finally acknowledged it was not sent to a collection agency but continued to say they couldn't schedule me. They took no accountability for the balance remaining unpaid for so long due to their errors (sending notices through the mail with the incorrect name and calling the wrong phone number). I am thankful they found my actual phone number before sending the bill to collections. That would have been a much larger annoyance brought on by their mismanagement. I'm perfectly fine with going to a different dentist, especially after this experience.

She took the time to meet and greet with my son and got him good and comfortable with her before she started. She was very attentive to him being a toddler but most importantly with patience, was able to clean all of the staining; an arduous task out last hygienist was unable to accomplish so big props to Bethany! Furthermore, she asked about our use of fluoride, which we avoid for personal reasons and she was respectful of that. It's obvious the business is grounded on top notch patient relationships and they strive towards excellence. Overall, we are very happy we chose this dental clinic and expect to return next time dental/hygiene services are needed. Highly recommend!

When it was time to get more work done I specifically asked for him. But found he no longer was helping out at that office. So I quickly scheduled an appointment at his office. Upon my arrival I was truly impressed by the safe who "ALL" where extremely professional, and polite. The front, and rooms were very clean with a mellow Fung Shui feel. I received my cleaning from Lori, and later my numbing shots. And I can swear to you I never even felt a pinch! They treat you with the upmost respect no matter your dental condition. Dr. Papagayo has even taken time out of his busy schedule to talk to me on the phone, and squeeze me in when I'm worried about something.
