All I had done was x-rays and check up. Dr. Carla Duff did not even do an oral exam but just looked at x-rays. Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

I visited them for a filling replacement, cleaning, and checkup. The staff are very friendly and courteous, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the start. I got the impression that everyone loves their job and people, which really makes a difference in setting the tone for care that can cause anxiety for some. As for the actual services, the staff are efficient, considerate, and effective. They frequently checked on me to ensure I didn't need a break or suction during procedures and ensured that I was fully numbed. These sound like obvious actions, but as someone who has moved a lot and received dental care across the spectrum of quality I can attest that's not always the case. Their site also appeared to have new or current dental technology. I learned by discussing their machine that crowns can be 3D printed now. Finally, the staff offered excellent and pointed dental care advice based on my specific needs. I highly recommend Dental 32 and they will be my go-to for dental services going forward. They performed an X-ray as mine was not up to date. That's fine, to see if there is any issues with the joint. Dr Hayes performed the Botox shots on two places on both low sides of my jawline. She told me it will take 3 to six days to relieve the sensitive teeth and pain. A week later I called the office to see why my pain is not subsided. The front desk talked to dr. Hayes and told me that it takes up to two weeks and that I had multiple infections in my gums. I am from East Europe and the materials used there are different. My feelings are in my mouth for 40 years and the X-rays are not changed a bit for the last 10 years. I have no pain in my teeth or any issues with my gums. That tells me dr. Hayes is not competent in her field. As I am not a regular customer, and my Dental Insurance doesn't cover such a procedure it cost me $600.00 out of pocket. I am pretty sure they didn't do the whole 20 to 50 units per side, as the shots supposed to be in 3 to 5 spots along the muscle and not just the jaw. I was charged the maximum price and told literally that that is it. With the same success i could be injected with saline solution, as I had not any relief. Now I am on painkillers and will visit my local cosmetic clinic for another treatment. This office is not professional, not competent and not recommended from my experience.
