Without going into a lot of detail my sinus was perforated by a dental procedure (not this location or drs). I had to have oral surgery to repair the perforation and decided to come to OMS. They were completely booked up in the Springfield location, but Mindy called me shortly after we spoke and told me there was an opening in the Branson location. Dr Gibson saw the damage that had bee done and decided it best to wait a little for healing to occur before closing the large hole. Yesterday, I went in for surgery very nervous, but nurse Nawassa was so professional she put me at ease immediately. Then Dr. Gibson came in and next thing I know I am done and ready to go home. What a blessing this group is. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs oral work. I can't say that about the organization that created the problem with the perforation in the first place who wanted to continue "trying" to fix their mistake. I am glad I asked for an oral surgeon instead. Thank you Dr. Gibson!!!!

Great dentist! He is thorough, gives you options and does not try to sell you unnecessary services.read more

I will always recommend Quail Ridge Dental and it is not just for emergency care, I noticed that it was picked already as a 417 pick for best dentist. I…read morecan say it was quick to get an appointment which was nice so we could max out our dental benefits for the calendar year. The office was nice and clean, but the wait was a little obnoxious considering it was empty. The dentist was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I did have to call to get a treatment plan whereas I've always been given that upon leaving a dentists office so that was weird. My daughters dad called the insurance and clarified some of the charges, when I called OMS to speak to billing to question some things I was met with a very condescending attitude and told "I'd be happy with only having to pay $326", as if questioning what Cigna said we would be paying Vs what they're "estimate" given was out of line. As a customer I'm not trying to over pay, and they're billing well above their contracted amount per tooth, meaning the amount I'm paying a percentage of is inflated according to the dental insurance company. To speak to someone who is trying to just get clarification in such a condescending manner leaves a real impression on the facility as a whole. Just based on my most recent experience with their billing department on 11/13/2023 I wouldn't recommend this place. I'd find somewhere else where requesting clarification isn't such a burden on their employees.

when I first started going to elevate dental about a year and a half ago to get a dental implant…read moreeveryone was nice and it was going great! Then I found out the actual reason they make you pay up front because when they mess up and tighten a crown too tight on the implant and break the implant loose from the jawbone, they already have your money and can say in the paperwork it says implants may fail doesn't matter the reason, they can fail that's on the patient. In short do yourself a favor get it done right at a place that knows what they are doing. It is not here.

They performed an X-ray as mine was not up to date. That's fine, to see if there is any issues with the joint. Dr Hayes performed the Botox shots on two places on both low sides of my jawline. She told me it will take 3 to six days to relieve the sensitive teeth and pain. A week later I called the office to see why my pain is not subsided. The front desk talked to dr. Hayes and told me that it takes up to two weeks and that I had multiple infections in my gums. I am from East Europe and the materials used there are different. My feelings are in my mouth for 40 years and the X-rays are not changed a bit for the last 10 years. I have no pain in my teeth or any issues with my gums. That tells me dr. Hayes is not competent in her field. As I am not a regular customer, and my Dental Insurance doesn't cover such a procedure it cost me $600.00 out of pocket. I am pretty sure they didn't do the whole 20 to 50 units per side, as the shots supposed to be in 3 to 5 spots along the muscle and not just the jaw. I was charged the maximum price and told literally that that is it. With the same success i could be injected with saline solution, as I had not any relief. Now I am on painkillers and will visit my local cosmetic clinic for another treatment. This office is not professional, not competent and not recommended from my experience.

I am torn on this review because the office staff and dental assistants were all very friendly,…read morecompetent and helpful. They were awesome! However, I would not return to Dr. Tolliver's office. The bridge he placed created one problem after another for me, including having to go to another office to treat complications he doesn't. The whole experience was just terrible. Also, I found Dr. Tolliver to be very smug and dismissive. When I had questions about costs (spending over $10,000 dollars) or asked about the next steps, he did not seem to take it seriously. In fact, it seemed to annoy him. I witnessed a similar incident with another patient in the area next to mine. I would seriously suggest looking for a better provider.

However, there is still major sensitivity under the bridge when I drink hot or cold liquids. It made me decide not to get the other bridge done that I needed. Dr. Tolliver and his staff are great, so I am changing my 3 stars to 4, however, I have not gone back to any dentist since because I did not enjoy what the bridge has done to what I can and can't eat now so I am only leaving it at 4 stars. I understand my situation may not reflect everybody else's with this dentist so feel free to check them out if your insurance is accepted there. Everything else they did was great.
