Scammers. Pretend to be a company they are not and just scam you out of your money. Do NOT buy their services

He will tell you it's not true but if you need to check how legit he is, go to ecoreco website, look under FAQ and click on the dealer map. His company is listed on Willis avenue. Drive by the "store" or look it up. It's a single family home with D'angelos pizza on the street level. Guess what they don't serve? Scooters. Buy from one of his competitors who owns a real store, or you will regret it like I do. There is no store in New York City. He parks his truck across the street from a legitimate scooter and bike store and pretends like it's his.but it's just his dream. He's just some guy who bought a bunch of scooters and sells the old ones to suckers so he can buy new ones. Don't be a sucker. Buy things from an actual store. VERIFIED CUSTOMER

Our experience with Central Park Tours was absolutely 5 stars and worth every penny!…read moreMy 84-yr old mom wanted to visit Central Park. Walking it, we wouldn't see much: Not only is Central Park huge, but it was cold and she walks slowly. Self-guided bike touring wasn't an option. That left us with a horse carriage ride or a Pedicab. FYI, I have since learned that if someone approaches you with a laminated tour guidebook, they are not only permitted by the City, but there are strict regulations regarding their solicitation. There are many Pedicabs available at the south entrance of the park who will approach you: Though with permits, not all are endorsed. Yes, you can save a buck by choosing one, but your experience may be only a trip (no commentary or stops included). Emir caught our attention at Columbus Circle. His cousin Nihat (commonly called "Night") was our Pedicab tourguide. What a fantastic experience! Side note: I've since found/spoken with a manager of Central Park Tours: Nihat "Night" is one of the highest rated tourguides: I suggest you seek him out by name! Emir gave us the "schpeel," explaining options. Horse carriage ride at a lower price (by comparison) would significantly limit what we'd see. Wanting to see more, we opted for a higher-priced, longer tour via Pedicab. Realizing now that we lucked out, I can't tell you how awesome Nihat "Night" was! He was so personable, provided great commentary & photo-ops (including taking pictures of us), and helped my mom in/out for each stop. I absolutely recommend Central Park Tours. FYI, payment is collected upon completion of your tour: 1. To prove that they deliver what's promised (& that it's not a scam, because there are plenty of scam tours), and 2. For you to tip your tourguide appropriately (please consider being generous - this is their livelihood!). I'm confident you'd agree that if you get Nihat "Night," you'll have a similar awesome tour of Central Park! You get what you pay for with Central Park Tours, especially with Nihat!

The open top is a great way to see the buildings especially when it's your first time to the city. The recorded running commentary is informative and witty. This year we again did one day on the red route and one day the blue route. Great experience- especially Denise and Wanda!

Before even coming to New York we had already planned to do the Big Bus Tour through the New York Pass via Go City. As we wandered the streets, we were constantly hounded by their aggressive staff in the streets trying to get us to buy tickets. Chill, we already have tickets!! Honestly if we didn't already have tickets I would have been so turned off I wouldn't have gotten tickets for it. On the day we redeemed the Hop On Hop Off we went to the stop by M&M World as indicated on their map. And just for the record I have their App, so it SHOULD be simple. Since we wanted to do the uptown loop, we were directed by their staff to walk a few blocked the other way to a different stop. Then ran into another staff member who gave us the opposite direction. The first person gave us bad directions and wasted AT LEAST an hour of our time. And as I mentioned the App, there were buses that were synced without any updates for 20-30mins. What's going on?? And even when we asked their staff they didn't know when the next bus would come either. So frustrating!! In THEORY the value of this hop on hop off bus would be to help you explore the city. You can stay on the bus the entire time and do full loops of the uptown or down town loops OR you can get off and explore a little bit, and hop back on at a later time. All great... if it was actually reliable. Also they give you headphones to listen to their audio tours. Jeez who uses wired headphones these days? Give me something to sync to so I can use my airpods. The audio quality was so poor. It was be loud one moment and then hard to hear the next... and if you increase the volume, later it would be too loud in a painful way. And I've done a lot of these tours in many cities. Usually I have a PERSON telling me amazing facts about the city. This is a recorded unpersonal tour, I am expecting THE BEST FACTS. After being disappointed by the segment I listened to, I gave up on the audio tour. I enjoyed the view from the top deck, and being able to see things without the pedestrians in my way. Well the pleasant feeling soon ended because we were almost at our final destination when the bus stops WITH NO ANNOUNCEMENTS and we're all sitting there baking in the sun wondering what happened. People started leaving. MORE WASTED TIME. Awful operations. I was over it after a while and told my boyfriend we should leave too. When we got off we saw their staff in some deli nearby eating lunch. Obviously I want people to take their lunch breaks but an FYI would have been nice. They allegedly "gave" us a second day but I didn't even want to deal with it. Too unreliable of a service and too much wasting time. Is there another tour bus company that's better than this one in NY?

I'm the more adventurous one in the family and can usually convince my young adult children especially favorite son. Favorite daughter and hubby not so much. My cousin and I decided to check out the scooters prior while walking the dog to get a feel of the place. When we arrived we were greeted by Ray. He was more in love with our lab, but that was cool - a great ice breaker. Ray was great with answering our questions. Later that day the five us came back to try out the scooters. Again, we were greeted by Ray. He went over the cost and the paperwork. We then were greeted with John (the quiet one....he he). We have one in the family as well (favorite daughter)...so we get it. At first we weren't sure how to take John, but he was the opposite of what we thought. Both guys were patient and accommodating in walking us through the process of working the scooters. John who worked with me, my husband and favorite daughter was patient in making us feel comfortable. Never made us feel uneasy in riding the scooters. Ray worked with favorite son and my cousin. Ray even suggested areas to go to for that great sunset that I was looking for. BTW, my cousin took us to Lavalette Beach (beautiful town close by) and was wondering why everyone we passed was looking at us . Found out later from a lady who was following us on her manual bike that this area had never seen these scooters. She couldn't wait to stop us to inquire. Of course, we told her if she took our pictures first, we would share:) We then pointed to the signage on the scooter. lol. Thank you Seaside Scooter for creating great memories for me and my tribe.
