Turns out, this place is based on that very same place from my childhood! The sauce has a little bite to it, the toppings are all definitely a cut above the basic chain pizzerias. Good sausage, good pepperoni, nice chunks of fresh veggies... I love their sausage and mushroom pizza (canned mushrooms, not fresh - but very good!) and have tried a few other things. They put a generous amount of toppings on every pizza I have ordered. I tried the salad and it was good - filling. I tried the garlic bread and it was just ok for me. As I am typically a solo - a small pizza is more than enough. Considering it is not much more than similar pizzas from the big chains, I think it is worth it to enjoy a quality pizza instead.

We like different ingredients on our pizzas so I liked that they had an 8in option so we could get our own. I chose the curly pepperoni, green pepper, and onion. I loved that they had a curly pepperoni and a 'normal' pepperoni. Curly for me! Love when the edges curl up when it's cooked. I had a glass of wine which was good. They had crayons and paper covering the table so draw away. Service was excellent. Parking was on street and easy to find. Vibe was a bit college but the large booths and indie music was fun. It looked so good and just happened to be right next to where we were staying - Jasper hotel. My favorite part is their crust. I love that it's crisp, thin yet holds up really well. I like the woodfire Smokey char too. For the table we ordered the apple sausage and Hawaiian. The favorite was the Hawaiian. The Apple sausage was good, I liked it but coworker didn't care for the apples we were told this was the pizza Guy Fieri ordered. Service was wonderful- fast, efficient, friendly and informative. I would recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. It's not that expensive either! Esp since we come from SoCal where something like this would cost about $30 vs the $18. Oh yes we also got the bread place and Mediterranean meatballs. I loved the flat bread most. Meatballs had great flavor but the rice inside was undercooked.
