Potato Anna Pizza and Summer Corn Special
    Emma B.

Service was very friendly and quick (thank you, Kirstin!), artsy & cozy atmosphere. I loved the music choices, lots of indie. And the pizza was delicious too! We had the Potato Anna without bacon so that it was vegetarian and it was so delicious. Also tried the Summer Corn special but do wish that it had a little more corn :) Overall a lovely place.

I added a video but it does not load. There was a third pizza being made at 2 pm with a raw egg on it I wanted so bad! But since I already had my egg for the day I just drooled! I think there was honey on that pie too!

Cheeky Pepperoni not on menu but a feature.

First time here to celebrate my son's 19th birthday at his college town. I ordered the wedge salad and it was really good. Our family of 6 ordered a variety of Woodfire pizzas ranging from lumberjack with fried eggs, Canadian bacon, wild mushroom, and what I ordered a cheeky pepperoni. My pizza had pepperoni, basil, cheese, tomatoes and spicy honey. It was good. Service was really good with suggestions from server. I'd probably return again. (Review 18)

Build your own pizza (pineapple and mushroom)

We had lunch at Blackbird and it was amazing from start to finish! The service was great, everything was very clean, and the food was fantastic. We had the hummus for an appetizer and 2 build your own pizzas. The crust was perfect and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Will definitely go back the next time we're in Fargo!

The smell of FRESH made pizza mmm!! Cute restaurant, gorgeous decor and great pizza. We were greeted upon entering, seated and we were visibly inthralled. Pizza hut, pictures/decor, good seating, great staff. We did the create your own pizza, that way we both win I would recommend this as a must eat here!!! This restaurant came highly recommended by the locals and they were right in it! Thank you North Dakota So glad we visited

Blackbird Woodfire is a pizza restaurant in downtown Fargo with plenty of alternative style pizzas. They have your regular run of the mill pizzas available but they specialize in their alternative versions. They have one with grapes, another with apples, and finally one with maple syrup. We went with one of the pistachio, hot honey, and pepperoni pizzas. Service was great and staff was friendly.

Blackbird Woodfire was not bad. I got the Sausage Apple pizza and it was pretty good but I wasn't really a fan of the Granny Smith apples on the pizza. We got that pizza because Guy Fieri recommended it. The service was amazing though. Our waiter was very nice and respectful to us. Plus the place is in a very cute little town surrounded by beautiful restaurants but it was in Downtown Fargo but the environment was pretty nice. I would recommend this place to pizza lovers.

We stopped in here during a day trek of drinking and it was the perfect spot to fill our stomachs. The ambiance is awesome, I love old repurposed buildings that keep their charm. We got the hummus plate which was delicious. We also got the mushroom pizza and the BLT pizza. Both were great! A little more doughy then I like me neopalitan style to be but still wood fired and still good with homemade ingredients. I thought the BLT had a good kick to it so I'd you're sensitive to spice, be ware! Minimal wine and beer options, overall good service and great vibes!

Very good pizza! The fennel sausage made in house was outstanding, reminded me of pizza I grew up with. Will definitely be back!

WOW!!! Amazing people, amazing food. The wedge salad is packed with flavor - fresh and delicious. The wood fired pizza was phenomenal. Some very unique specialty pizzas - or build your own. I had the Potato Anna - unbelievable. My coworker had the Sausage Apple - phenomenal he says! The staff is fabulous. The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion. I can't wait to return to Fargo!!!!

Wow! Cool, funky, laidback, delicious, and serious about the food! Great attentive service with lots of smiles. Started with wedge salad - which is romaine instead of iceberg. Seriously in top 7 salads I have ever eaten. Next the star - red sauce, fresh shaved garlic, sausage, grilled onions, and Kalamata olives - a perfect tango all over my tastebuds. Run here!

To enter Brewhalla is to surrender to a sensory maximalism rarely found in the Great Plains. It is…read morea sprawling, multi-story "food and beverage wonderland" that feels less like a traditional North Dakota establishment and more like a fever dream curated by a group of industrial-chic Vikings. Anchored by the irreverent Drekker Brewing Company, the space is a 100,000-square-foot cathedral of corrugated metal, neon murals, and high-energy conviviality. It functions as a market, a hotel, and a community living room, but at its heart, it is a shrine to the modern Midwestern appetite. The Atmosphere The layout is intentionally cavernous, encouraging a sort of culinary flânerie. One moment you are browsing the "tiny things" at local boutiques or admiring the lush greenery at The Plant Supply, and the next, you are drawn into the gravitational pull of a vintage pinball machine. The "weirdo" aesthetic--Drekker's self-applied label--is executed with a polished, professional edge that makes the large space feel vibrant rather than vacant. The Libations The beer selection is, in a word, exhaustive. Drekker has long been known for pushing the boundaries of what a "sour" or "stout" can be, and the taps here offer everything from heavy-hitting IPAs to dessert-inspired concoctions that defy categorization. * The Happy Hour: It is perhaps the most democratic hour in Fargo. The pricing is remarkably aggressive, making the high-concept environment accessible to everyone from the corporate executive on assignment to the local university student. The Culinary Landscape The beauty of Brewhalla lies in its "choose your own adventure" dining model. There is no singular menu, but rather a curated collection of local purveyors: * The Bird: Artisanal wood-fired pizzas made with North Dakota-grown flour. The crust is "hell-fired" to a perfect char, providing a sturdy base for inventive toppings. * Unicorn Park Fine Foodery: Whimsical brewery fare that hits the sweet spot between comfort and creativity. Their smash burgers are a masterclass in the form. * House of Noods + Buns: Offering steamy bao and rich bowls of ramen that provide a necessary, savory counterpoint to the sweetness of the heavier ales. * Mångata Wine & Raw Bar: For those seeking a moment of refinement, the oysters and curated wine list offer a sophisticated escape from the brewery's louder corners. The Verdict Brewhalla is an ambitious experiment in community-building that actually succeeds. It manages to be a destination for the out-of-towner while remaining a genuine "spot" for the locals. Whether you are there for a quick happy hour pint or an afternoon lost in the shops and video games, it is clear that Fargo has found its new center of gravity.

However, the staff anticipated this and provided earplugs AND a sound machine in the room. I thought that was above and beyond. We spent the evening at Drekker brewing, which had a wonderful variety of beers. We even got a complimentary 6 ounce pour upon check in. We will be back!
