(Last visited September 18, 2022.) Hanging out in Fargo, ND for the weekend and we're hitting a nightclub this evening so it's important to set a good base for the turn-up! So we stopped into Rhombus Guys because the big "DETROIT-STYLE PIZZA" sign guided me right on it! Here's how things went... Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right downtown on the main drag on Main Street is this gem. There's only street parking available, but there are plenty of lots and structures around to park your fly ride. Inside was fairly quiet since it was the calm before the storm. I bet this place gets crazy after the club lets out though. The restaurant was bright, open and charismatic. On the left side was the full bar, the right were booths and the back were tables. The walls are decorated with seemingly random nick-nacks, but it adds to the character. Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but I can't recall having any issues. Food: I don't want to say the food is forgettable, so I won't. It was just 2 years ago and I can't remember what I had, even though I have a pretty detailed picture. Lol. I just can't match it to anything on the menu now. The irony is, I didn't even get a Detroit-style pizza. I wound up with a small-round that had pretty thick crust, then I added sausage, peppers, ricotta and... a white sauce? Lol. No matter, I know i enjoyed it and I would like to come back to give this place another fair shot. Value: This food here isn't cheap. I feel like my small pizza was like $13.00 or something, but better that then to be hurting later for not having a good base. In conclusion, this place was pretty alright and like I said, I'd really like to give this place another shot. However, if you're looking for some good pizza in Fargo, definitely check this place out.

The facility looks run down inside. Listen I love Dive Bars but I want to feel a food establishment if its supposed to look dumpy is dumpy sheik. This place is not dumpy sheik. I can't even explain what they may have been trying to aim for. Lots of splattered art leftovers everywhere? Anyway, our waitress was not friendly. We tried their traditional and Detroit style pizza. I guess this might be the best pizza for Fargo. Their traditional pizza was ok- nothing special. Their Detroit style pizza had a very nice, thick crust but their pizza was inconsistent. Some sides were thicker than others. Overall it's Fargo Detroit pizza.

Detroit style. Wish it was larger for $23.

Yummy Detroit style pizza. Friendly staff. Stop here when I am in Fargo or Grand Forks.

Service was quick & friendly. They offered samples, which I ALWAYS appreciate- but we already knew what we were drinking. The immediate dining/bar area is small, yet it flows well. Everything came up fast, beer was cold, pizza was hot & we scored a happy hour discount unknowingly- yay!

Some pairings are perfect together. A local beer and a pizza are one of those perfect pairings. I chose their version of a meat lovers pizza aka t-Rex. The flavor was good and I enjoyed the crust of the pizza. The local beer was great and I thought the service from the bartender was too. If I ever return to the area, I would love to come back for another pizza.

Really nice staff, nice decor, nice choices of pizza. On a street with many stores and establishments. Parking on the street with meters.

Was looking for a good pizza place since I moved from NYC. Gave this place a try. I was impressed with the Detroit Style Pizza. It reminded me of Sicilian Style Pizza. The sauce was good and the cheese was perfect. I like that the bottom was a little crunchy and well done. And they have a good selection of draft beer.

Wish they cut their pizzas into Rhombus shapes- a missed opportunity. Everything was delicious and love the decor. Took a bit for the pizza to come out but not too bad.

Awesome pizza, amazing ambiance on the roof on a perfect day! Great place for a date or just hangin' with friends!

This is a consistently good place for pizza. The appetizers sometimes are a miss, so stick with pizza and you won't be disappointed. Our Detroit pizza was spot on!

The pizza here is ok- lots of fun flavor options. You can even do half-and-half options! We got the famous pickle and the meat lovers. This place fits really well for families, giant pizza parties with kids, celebrating after a sports game, etc. I did really enjoy the crayons on the table to draw! :) Watch my review here: https://youtu.be/VSYhP1ZEVM4?t=841

Where would this idea come from..god only knows but it might have something to do with the chaotic state of mind I am in when I call you. You can be sure i'm in a strange state of mind if i'm calling a business. You always pick up the phone when no one else will though. Girls need pizzas late at night, and you are one of very few if not the only place that delivers on that, Metaphorically and literally. I know you have an app now which I love for both of us, but sometimes I still call you for old Tom's sake. Once I asked if I could get one of every sauce available with my pizza. I thought it would be maybe like 3-5 sauce cup? Ranch ...some others? No guys they gave me all the chicken wing sauces too so it was a lot of sauce like borderline extreme. As a sauce queen this was perfect for me. Sometimes they are a little mad when you don't answer the door right away at delivery time so just beware. Also sometimes the pizza is pretty good and others I don't know, but I don't care that much because they pick up the phone and the pizza arrives when no one else will make one. Thank you deek and sorry about the Dwayne rock j thing. Xoxo Frankie

To enter Brewhalla is to surrender to a sensory maximalism rarely found in the Great Plains. It is…read morea sprawling, multi-story "food and beverage wonderland" that feels less like a traditional North Dakota establishment and more like a fever dream curated by a group of industrial-chic Vikings. Anchored by the irreverent Drekker Brewing Company, the space is a 100,000-square-foot cathedral of corrugated metal, neon murals, and high-energy conviviality. It functions as a market, a hotel, and a community living room, but at its heart, it is a shrine to the modern Midwestern appetite. The Atmosphere The layout is intentionally cavernous, encouraging a sort of culinary flânerie. One moment you are browsing the "tiny things" at local boutiques or admiring the lush greenery at The Plant Supply, and the next, you are drawn into the gravitational pull of a vintage pinball machine. The "weirdo" aesthetic--Drekker's self-applied label--is executed with a polished, professional edge that makes the large space feel vibrant rather than vacant. The Libations The beer selection is, in a word, exhaustive. Drekker has long been known for pushing the boundaries of what a "sour" or "stout" can be, and the taps here offer everything from heavy-hitting IPAs to dessert-inspired concoctions that defy categorization. * The Happy Hour: It is perhaps the most democratic hour in Fargo. The pricing is remarkably aggressive, making the high-concept environment accessible to everyone from the corporate executive on assignment to the local university student. The Culinary Landscape The beauty of Brewhalla lies in its "choose your own adventure" dining model. There is no singular menu, but rather a curated collection of local purveyors: * The Bird: Artisanal wood-fired pizzas made with North Dakota-grown flour. The crust is "hell-fired" to a perfect char, providing a sturdy base for inventive toppings. * Unicorn Park Fine Foodery: Whimsical brewery fare that hits the sweet spot between comfort and creativity. Their smash burgers are a masterclass in the form. * House of Noods + Buns: Offering steamy bao and rich bowls of ramen that provide a necessary, savory counterpoint to the sweetness of the heavier ales. * Mångata Wine & Raw Bar: For those seeking a moment of refinement, the oysters and curated wine list offer a sophisticated escape from the brewery's louder corners. The Verdict Brewhalla is an ambitious experiment in community-building that actually succeeds. It manages to be a destination for the out-of-towner while remaining a genuine "spot" for the locals. Whether you are there for a quick happy hour pint or an afternoon lost in the shops and video games, it is clear that Fargo has found its new center of gravity.
