Oh you need your tires to actually be balanced after the wheels are put on, that will be a charge too. Oh and you want air in the tires, that will be an extra charge (semi-kidding on that last one) but seriously to just fix a wheel scrape it seemed reasonable (like $100-$200) then the extra charges almost doubled that price so I would pass and it's honestly cheaper to just buy a new wheel somewhere else and have them put it on...seriously they are that over priced. Do they know their stuff (seems like they do) but they are REALLY REALLY expensive.

The car was done at 1:28 PM. 10 min? Yep, the quality isn't there either. After these tires were installed, the car shook all the way home because the tires weren't balanced correctly. But they sure are fast! "I'm" on time, yet I'm required to wait 30+ minutes before the car goes into the garage for the work to be done. What is the point of scheduling an appointment with a company if the company doesn't honor that appointment? It's ridiculous. It's obvious that too many vehicles are scheduled to maximize company time at the cost of your customers time & satisfaction. I'll go elsewhere for my tires in the future.
