This review comes months after my service. When the service was completed I unfortunately wasn't…read morehome. The actual work that was done was fine but the cleanup was terrible. Plants that were in no way in the scope of the work trampled and dirty hand prints all over the vinyl siding. They said some mulch would need to be replaced and I figured that. 13 bags later I didn't consider. The reason they loosely packed the trench spreading the remaining soil and rock over the area. I received an email explaining the scope of the work and responded asking the person to please call me before writing my review. Not once not twice did I ask so third time I post it here. Funny when they were quoting the work they made a point they were #1. I said #2 tries harder. So maybe look at e-mails and get back go your customer when they reach out.

After failed attempts to use common insect kill sprays, the hornets began entering my home interior. After researching pest control companies I found a very helpful professional at Family Pest Solutions. Despite a very busy time of year for these pests, they scheduled an appointment for me in very reasonable time. The technician Misael arrived on time, explained the process to me, found the nest and executed it very thoroughly. He told me what to expect post treatment and he was spot on! I cannot express my appreciation enough and it's a relief not having hornets in my home's living area! I highly recommend Family Pest Solutions for the best professional service for pest control at very reasonable pricing. Mike D.

When I was unexpectedly home a day before the appointment, I called and Matt came that afternoon. He investigated and found the hole to the crawlspace. A trap was set and we had Bucky the groundhog the next day. Matt closed up the hole for us. When we heard it again a few days later, Matt came back. There was nothing, so we think Bucky's SO escaped for good. Matt is responsive, responsible, changed his schedule when I asked if he could come a day early and he got the critter. Pest control isn't something we think about, but when we needed it, we were more than pleased with Matt's service. Pricing was reasonable and the process was simple. We'll use Upstate Pest & Wildlife Control again if needed and we highly recommend.

It was time to call a wildlife specialist. The positive reviews I was reading for Upstate Pest & Wildlife Control were convincing enough for me to call them. They were able to schedule a visit for the next day. Jake from UPW&C (no relation to Jake from State Farm) arrived on time and assessed the situation. He was friendly, very informative, and knowledgeable. The cost for the services he proposed and explained was reasonable. He was able to set traps that same day. Jake returned after a couple of days to check the traps. While the traps had not caught anything yet, and we hadn't heard critters any longer in the ceiling, he made modifications and adjustments to the traps and planned another visit the following day. Today, after assuring that there were no more squirrels in the soffits, and no new points of entry, he removed the traps and sealed the soffit hole. (Note: one trap did have part of a squirrel's tail.) I definitely recommend this family owned business if you have problems with wildlife pests. Their entire operation is very professional and reassuring.
