One of their representatives, Daisy, was especially rude and disrespectful when I tried to ask simple questions. Instead of helping, she seemed annoyed and dismissive the entire time. On top of that, their website is extremely unhelpful and rarely has up-to-date information. It makes it frustrating to try to find accurate details about schedules, amenities, or programs. The condition of the facility itself is also very disappointing for a place that promotes itself as a premium sports complex. The pool house is constantly messy and poorly maintained, and the gyms are in some of the worst condition I've seen at a facility like this. Equipment and areas often look neglected, which really makes you question how well the place is being managed. Overall, between the poor customer service, lack of reliable information on their website, and the condition of the facilities, I wouldn't recommend the Spring Flagship location. There are much better-run gyms and sports facilities in the area.

Although there weren't any Douglas Fir trees, there were rows of spruce, fir, and pine trees to choose from. The trees are already cut and look fresh and in good condition. They were shipped from Indiana, PA. The owner Gregory Germane kindly pulled out a bunch of trees for us. With his help, I found the perfect spruce fir tree! He even clipped off some of the branches from the bottom and the top. It was originally 9 feet and with some trimming, he was shortened to 6 feet. We were originally going to pay $90 for the tree, $10 per foot. But with the cutting (there wasn't a smaller tree), Greg charged us $80 + tax. In the spirit of Xmas and his kindness, we just gave him $90. The best part is all the profits go directly to Annandale Boys & Girls Club. It feels so good to support the club. Greg's father started ABCC and I could feel the passion and pride from Greg as he told us about the history and accomplishments of the club. Bring cash! They don't accept credit cards (there's a Capital One ATM right next door). I recommend bringing netting, linens, blanket or something to wrap the tree in. There are no wrapping or shaking services. They also don't sell stands or wreaths. Will be back next year for another beautiful tree and looking forward to seeing Greg! Highly recommend getting a tree here.

I work in the customer service field and regardless of how ones day is going you never speak to a paying customer like that. the fact that you have this person as the head of your business, the one that puts a face and voice to your business is disturbing. in final, we plan on finishing off this season and parting ways due to the lack of professionalism considering we already paid for the season. i hope this does get acknowledged and dealt with.

You are not allowed to drop in, have to make 48 hour prior appointment for a class because of covid. It's 2022. Even our government doesn't have restrictions anymore. Why are they being paranoid? Their website said I can provide a negative result to take the class faster so I told them I'm willing to provide negative test result. Then the management literally replied with a threat saying "we will ban you if you show up before 14 days." Then they sent me another email saying they won't accept me as a member and etc while I was writing this review. How do you expect to teach people martial arts when you are this paranoid, rude, and irrational? I've been to few local gyms here but this is by far the worst experience just by contacting them. Glad I didn't even waste my time attending here.

I train primarily with Patrick (who is the co-owner), and I've also trained with Angelo a few times. Both are amazing to work with and so positive and upbeat (even when they are making you lift hundreds of pounds!). They push you hard and encourage you to build confidence to try things you didn't think you could do. Patrick has a remarkable gift with remembering names, and he is constantly circling the gym checking in with people about their goals and how they are doing in their lives, both in and outside of the gym. You can tell he knows personally and cares about every single member, and he makes an effort to recognize and celebrate every single person there. It's a small fitness community, so everyone also knows each other and supports each other. People are always cheering for each other if someone across the room hits a PR or does something amazing or new. Patrick also makes a point of welcoming new members by introducing them to people and checking in to make sure they feel welcome. Being at Foundation is the highlight of my week, and in the few months I've been there, I've already hit new milestones and PRs I didn't think I was capable of. I really love it here!
