The joy of home ownership-- needed help installing a toilet. Midnight Plumbing was one of the few I found in my area that works on Sundays. Edward responded to Yelp quote inquiry. They were available even earlier than scheduled. They called to ask if they could come sooner and were at my house in 10 minutes! It was raining that day and they even put on booties when they came inside. They saw what the problem was, explained what they would be doing, and were done with the whole job in 30-40 minutes. Incredible! I felt compelled to write this because of how great the service was. They can came early unlike other conttactors. Also, it was really easy working with midnight. They were able to give me a quote online thru yelps get a estimate. There was no sales people coming to my house giving me a presentation and trying to high pressure upsell me for 700 like done of these others. Edward and Brandon were amazing. They responded to us right away after we made a request through Yelp. They scheduled us promptly to install a new toilet and garbage disposal. They went above and beyond by telling us why our toilet was clogged to begin with. Unfortunately, we have roots growing deep down into the ground and they are now reaching the sewage line. We found our go-to plumber! We needed our toilet replaced asap as we had guests coming. We got a very reasonable quote within minutes and had our toilet installed the same evening! Mike and Brandon arrived on time and even took off their shoes before coming inside. Might not seem like a big deal but having crawling kids, this was such a respectable gesture and so telling of what kind of service they would provide. Initially we had the wrong size toilet but instead of being rude and charging us more time, they offered to remove the toilet and if we were able to bring the toilet back by that time, they would install and not charge us for another hour. WHO DOES THAT??? Any other company probably would have charged and left, but Mike and Brandon were so understanding. They were quick to remove and install the toilet and even caulked the toilet after they were done!
