Every interaction went well, with knowledgeable and amicable tellers. I had to withdraw several thousand dollars, so as to pay with cash on a project to save some dinero, and the teller did her due diligence by politely inquiring why I was withdrawing that much cash. She then went to her supervisor to get the blessing to do so. Many her frustrated, or downright angry, when inquiries such as this address made and they shouldn't! Think about the dummies out there that get scammed, thinking it would never happen to them . They are just trying to protect the customer. Overall good experiences at this branch .

My bank doesn't have a branch in winter haven area so I came here asking if they could change the stack of one's into a stack of twenties. In this case I'd been paid by a dancer, a hard working individual, and I'm a professional photographer who doesn't judge people by what job they hold. At least the teller I dealt with dues judge, with a nasty attitude.
