I had to withdraw several thousand dollars, so as to pay with cash on a project to save some dinero, and the teller did her due diligence by politely inquiring why I was withdrawing that much cash. She then went to her supervisor to get the blessing to do so. Many her frustrated, or downright angry, when inquiries such as this address made and they shouldn't! Think about the dummies out there that get scammed, thinking it would never happen to them . They are just trying to protect the customer. Overall good experiences at this branch .

In 2020 they changed their routing number and locked down the online banking during the Pandemic. It's bad news when you are not able to access your finances. The Business was closed, and not even answering the phones at that point. This does not inspire confidence when the world is in turmoil. I drove to the Bank and withdrew both my Savings and Checking Accounts. Apparently when I closed my account they did not stop the bill pay. There was no account to withdraw from, but that did not stop them. A month later they call me to tell me they we acting as my Fiduciary by paying my bills (still). I deposited 1100.00 in the drive through last night to pay bills . My money was not deposited nor…read morereflected on my account. I called customer service they advised me they didn't see the deposit. I had to be transferred to claims. They said it could take from 12 hours up to 72 hours for them to investigate. I deposited the funds to pay bills now my bills will be unpaid until this matter is resolved. Im very upset. After the ATM took my funds it did some weired thing and advised me that at this time this ATM could deposit or give cash but it never returned my funds. This was at 8:20 pm ( 7/20/25 . As of 6:06 ( 7/21/25 my funds are still not in my account. Now I can't sleep thinking about how I'll get the money to pay my bills until this matter is resolved .
