I had to withdraw several thousand dollars, so as to pay with cash on a project to save some dinero, and the teller did her due diligence by politely inquiring why I was withdrawing that much cash. She then went to her supervisor to get the blessing to do so. Many her frustrated, or downright angry, when inquiries such as this address made and they shouldn't! Think about the dummies out there that get scammed, thinking it would never happen to them . They are just trying to protect the customer. Overall good experiences at this branch .

In 2020 they changed their routing number and locked down the online banking during the Pandemic. It's bad news when you are not able to access your finances. The Business was closed, and not even answering the phones at that point. This does not inspire confidence when the world is in turmoil. I drove to the Bank and withdrew both my Savings and Checking Accounts. Apparently when I closed my account they did not stop the bill pay. There was no account to withdraw from, but that did not stop them. A month later they call me to tell me they we acting as my Fiduciary by paying my bills (still).
