Recently when ordering from there I was accidentally given a real beef burger and not the vegan one (which is the best vegan burger I've had!!) When notified of the mistake they didn't take it lightly. Like me they saw how bad this could be for so many reasons including allergies, religious, and moral reasons. Not only did they replace my burger, the manager Stephanie, wrote me a hand written letter that meant so much and reassured me that the Vegan burger have its own button so that never happens again. This is what I love to see in a business. Thank you so much Stephanie and Hollerhorn. You are not only amazing food but also amazing people.

Housed in what feels like a tribute to community and creativity, this local spot is memorable. The beer selection is impressive, with a range that satisfies both casual drinkers and craft beer enthusiasts. My brother enjoyed the Double IPA on tap while my husband had a lager on the lighter side of the spectrum. I had small pour of the raspberry sour and ordered a mix of the grape and lime seltzer slushy flavors. We all enjoyed our beverages! The interior has an industrial vibe that plays off the firehouse theme (a nod to the name), with plenty of room to sit back and relax. Definitely a place to hit up when in the Naples area.

We wanted to treat ourselves and orders the prime rib and the rib eye. Although the mashed potatoes were good, we were rather disappointed in the bland vegetables. They were truly a side dish, not given much thought or effort. Unfortunately the main event, the prime rib and rib eye were not seasoned at all (thankfully I thought ahead for the request of double onion and mushrooms). After trimming the excess fat from the end of the rib eye, the main portion was a good cut, well marbled and I was able to take it home, chop it up and season it for a yummy breakfast steak wrap for my husband. Honestly, we struggled to give the meal a 3 or 4 because the base skills were there and the server was so polite. It was a satisfying meal, but not one we would crave.
