I went to at least 6 appointments at the hospital for it. Doctors couldn't help, stretches from youtube didn't help, massage therapy helped but wasn't enough, and I started to feel hopeless. 6 months of pain and discomfort in my neck/back/arm. Not sleeping well, always in a bad mood. I thought I damaged my neck for life. I started going to MC2 in September, and 4 weeks into my 8 week Corrective Care plan, I already feel 80% better. I have had a couple days of zero pain, which I seriously thought I would never experience again in my life. I have regained full range of motion and at least half of my strength. It took a lot of commitment on my end, but without MC2 I would have never made such a wild recovery on my own. Lastly, the vibe in the office is great. All of the staff are really nice and they create a very comfortable space. They remember everyone's names and make you feel like more than just another client. I couldn't recommend MC2 enough.

I told them at least three times, that they needed to be very gentle with me and not to twist my neck. The lady who examined me did just that!! She asked me to put my head toward my shoulder. THEN SHE PUSHED DOWN HARD ON MY HEAD! It hurt a lot and I told her to stop. She did, and I realized she didn't listen to me about being very gentle. I got up and left worse off than when I went in. I don't recommend this practice.

I have a rare condition that requires a Physical Therapist who has advanced training and knowledge, so the receptionist had me speak directly to the owner, Dr. Reid Patterson. He was so generous with his time and his knowledge, setting my worried mind at ease about receiving the specialized care my weird body requires. I've been injured several times by PT's who were unaware and undereducated about my condition, so I'm pretty careful when choosing a PT. Dr. Patterson assured me that there are practitioners at his clinic who completely understand the needs of patients with my condition. I'm looking forward to feeling better and having more strength and less pain!

Because I was a late appointment in the day, there was never a receptionist there. I asked explicitly twice and indirectly another time about how I could pay and was left without answers. Finally when insurance started sending through claims after my 10th session, I realized that I would owe $60 per session. I think it is completely unethical to have someone come in without telling them what they owe, especially when they are asking. In addition, one of the therapists was billed as out of network when they are meant to be in network. The manager of the meridian office was kind enough to "just charge me my copay" instead of the $200 my insurance said I would likely owe per visit. He said this was taking a big hit for them, when I know their out of pocket cost is $70, so just $10 less. Like I said, the people and the service was good, but I cannot believe this practice that left me with a $660 bill when I had been asking to pay.

I paid my portion of the billing each time with a credit card - 6 months later I received a bill and I had not even been there. I drove down to the office to get it straightened out and no one would talk to me (they have in-house billing) and the front desk woman was so incredibly rude. I called the phone # on the bill and a woman who works for them checked into it and said that it was their fault and that they had billed my insurance incorrectly and promised to take care of it telling me to ignore any other bills or notices. So here I sit 5 months later with a new letter from a collection agency. BEWARE and go somewhere else if you have a choice. The only satisfaction I have is knowing they will only get half of the $127 they wrongly billed me because they have to pay the collection agency.

Loud, uncomfortable, high-pitched music, was just the start, be sure to bring ear plugs if you choose to go. The first receptionist that I spoke with knew if was my first visit and yet told me to just go ahead an use the open equipment without instruction or supervision. No, I don't think so. Dr. Clark was prompt and helpful, did the standard 3 adjustments all Chiropractors do, and gave some home exercise instruction. It was a quick 10-15 minute visit with him and the promise of more in-depth analysis on my next visit. I asked it I could use the roller bed and was told yes, but I had to ask again for instruction. These beds aren't like others; no heat, not much intensity and set at only 8 minutes, when other offices have 10 minutes or more. I couldn't enjoy the stretch as there was another patient laying inches away from me, with his phone on a loud video. Rude. Not very relaxing. Just like an unsupervised day-care, no rules or civility seem to apply. I went to the front, but I wasn't willing to fall into the trap of endless appointments, so I said that I would think about it, then she asked if I had used any of the equipment. I guess they aren't aware of what the patients are doing in the free space. I was honest about using the rolling bed and was told that would be a $20 charge due immediately. That's $2.50/minute for a cold, weak and noisy bed. I said that it would have been nice to have been told that before I used the bed. She had no answer, just 'holding her hand out or the money'. Unbelievable! I mentioned that I now would definitely NOT be making another appointment, but still she didn't care. The doctor was great, but the staff was horrid, but I suppose that they are busy enough not to care.
