I was at register and humiliated embarrassed for three hours attempting to Use a card assigned by Citi and printed at Costco's. No resolution when i called citi and csr called citi from Costco. Each call the employees hung up as if I were a criminal. The Members in the store were looking at me as if I committed a crime . I called both entities and no resolution . Phone hung up from Denise ; Diana at Citi without a resolution. I have a credit card I can't use because I never recd and temporary card never worked from the get go. Costco is blaming citi and vice versa. As far as I can tell Citi is trash! When you treat a person different than the masses it is discrimination of some kind. I am Left with a very bad experience which warrants a resolution. All I have said can ge verified. Another stipulation was that a checking account had to be open in order to get the CD. After about a week I got a call and they wanted me to go there right away because they printed the form wrong. I'll be done with century bank the day my CD matures. There is no shortage of banks in Wellesley and the other ones are much easier to deal with. The interest rates without the promotion are well below average not my favorite bank.

I have two accounts, so it wasn't a big deal I just transferred money around via the app. I was going on vacation; I stopped in at the Newton branch and Ryan Wong greeted me, he was very polite, cheerful and eager to help. Not only did he put the vacation dates on my card he figured out what was wrong with my primary checking account and printed me a new card I tried it at the ATM and WA LA success :) Not only did Ryan help with my vacation request and fix my card he followed up via email with instructions on how I can sent vacation request through the app. Ryan went above and beyond; I want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.
