There's only 1 ATM in between the two sets of doors and I believe there was another one inside as well. I came half an hour before closing on a Friday with no appointment and there were no other customers. I got helped right away by a lady whose name I didn't catch but she was super kind and transferred me over to another friendly guy whose name I also didn't catch to help me close out an account. Actual closing of the account was fast and painless and there were no excessive questions about my reason for closing, which is always appreciated. I did get pitched for a new credit card since I have other cards with Chase but I expected something like that. The whole place/experience is very elevated. Everything looks nice and polished. Even the keyboards they were using were wireless and slim with computer monitors mounted on fancy arms. I'm in the area for family but if I lived here myself, I'd definitely come back. Would recommend paying this branch a visit if you need anything!

I needed to make a wire transfer in order to pay a bill and the bank refused.. I asked why and get.. "We feel as though..." Who the fuck is WE.. this is my money and I needed to pay a bill.. What right does the manager Brunna have to refuse to make a transfer I requested so that I could pay a bill.. Bad enough I had to answer numerous questions and sign a waiver... To be refused because the bank didn't agree.. It's MY money and I worked hard for it.. if I wanna transfer it or fuckin burn it.. that is my decision. I closed my account and will never ever return!

I just got a little bit out this time, and of course I was charged a fee which never goes down well with me. I'm not a big fan of this bank generally, but the people of this location were friendly and there's nothing inherently wrong with it, except for all the horrible nickel-and-diming that was aimed at me - who is not an account holder - and I'm sure they do it to you even if you are as well, because I know that my bank M&T and several of my other banks do that to me.

I visited the branch seeking assistance and spoke with banker Alexander Chichlowski. Rather than helping me resolve my issue, he told me to call Customer Service and made me feel as though assisting me was beneath him. Even more troubling, he told me that if I wanted, he could close my account and I could go across the street to Bank of America. I asked to speak with his manager, but the manager never came to speak with me. I then called Citizens Customer Service myself while sitting in his office. During that call, Alexander told me to leave his office. After 30 years of loyalty to Citizens Bank, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service I received. I did not expect every issue to be resolved immediately, but I certainly expected to be treated with courtesy and to have a genuine effort made to assist me. A longtime customer should never be told that they can simply close their account and go to a competitor. I hope Citizens Bank leadership reviews this experience and addresses how customers are being treated at this branch.

My Rockland Trust debit card information was stolen and used by someone in another state to make a…read morepurchase of nearly $1,000.00 I was sent a text message from Rockland Trust on that day asking me if I made this purchase, to which I replied "NO", and the card was subsequently frozen and my account was given a provisional credit for that $1,000.00 fraudulent purchase. Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.
