I had in NO way indicated that I was looking to get anything for free. The problem centered around a complete lack of information being given to the customer. This employee continued to yell at me over the phone and then asked me if I went to Stewart's for milk did I walk out the door without paying for it. I can't imagine that this company treats all of it's customers with such rude and disrespectful behavior because they certainly would not still be in business if they did. DO NOT spend your hard earned dollars at a business that would treat their customers this way!

We were very impressed with their showroom. After looking around, we decided to have an in-home consultation. We met with Jake at our house about a month later, and we were very impressed. We bought a stove, liner, and installation from them. As it turned out, Jake was the owner. I spoke with him in private about how impressed I was with his company thus far, as I own a small construction company in the Berkshires. He was up front with us about the installation being sometime in January. 2026. The installers came on time, and everyone was kind and courteous. There was a part for the surround on backorder, so we had to wait a few more weeks for them to finish the installation. When they came a few weeks later, the installer was Carl Celella. This guy was fantastic. He knew his stuff. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his cleanliness. He showed me how to use the stove correctly and clean the glass properly. I want to thank you for being a company that we can count on. If you are in the market for a stove or anything masonry, I highly recommend this company. We needed to have a kitchen remodeled (gutted) after moving into our 36 year old home. Upon high recommendations of two relatives, we decided to use Zarrillo. Dawn worked with us developing several designs until the perfect one was attained. She is a good listener and capably responded to our requests by email or in person promptly. She and Terry came to our home to finalize the building project. They are both professional, friendly and eager to make our dream kitchen come true. They recommended three contractors, and we selected Dave Mirabile who was fantastic, experienced, and skilled! He was a pleasure to work with. A master carpenter. -- ex. Look at the cove molding above the cabinets in the photos. The office/showroom is top notch from its layout with samples of the custom cabinets and stock choices to samples of their creative ideas. We selected custom cabinets in real Cherry wood and finish. The custom features exceeded our high expectations. Terry and his team built incredible cabinets -- both beautiful and functional. We selected Bertazzoni appliances made in Italy from Marcellas Appliance. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the appliances!
