There's even a doctor's service at the back if you need to see someone for a prescription. The ambience isn't that crash hot - think bright lights, generic music and loads of signage written on fluro paper that might quite possible send you in to a fit. But the range is huge and the prices are quite competitive and I I like that I can come here and buy all sorts of health and beauty items in one go. It's a win for me. I got it home and neither my boyfriend or I could figure out how to work it -- it appeared to be faulty. Today, 9 days later, I found some time to take it in and return it. The lady took it behind the counter and dipped it in hot water and was trying to show me how it does in fact work. I still couldn't see where the mercury line was and she was proclaiming that it was very thin but indeed there. I said I could not see the line and assumed it was faulty, and would like to return the thermometer. She refused, saying it was indeed working and that refunds had to be within 7 days anyways (which is not stated on the receipt). During this whole process she was very rude and demeaning. Just tested it again upon getting home and it STILL DOES NOT WORK. You would think for $5.95 she would just return it -- as now she's lost my business and hopefully this review will deter others from shopping there too.
