Customer Service: The staff is here is AMAZINGLY friendly. I spoke with a chemist regarding my issues and she was so helpful with recommending to me what I needed, especially since I was feeling pretty clueless. She explained to me the product and was happy to answer all of my questions. Not to mention Priceline's affordability, combined with the great staff makes for a great shopping experience! The staff are really friendly and helpful when you need them. On my last visit though, not a single staff member approached me or even acknowledged my existence. They were very busy though so I wasn't too put out by this. It just would've been nice to have someone around who could've directed me to the right shelf to find what I needed instead of having to wander around the whole pharmacy to find one thing.

The thing that's really great about Dounias is the staff. Everyone who works in here are so nice and friendly and chatty, all in a very lovely way, not pushy or intrusive.
