As I walking into Thornbury Pharmacy a staff member was personally helping escort an elderly and clearly frail customer across the store. How nice it seems they are to their regular customers, although I'm not sure how the woman fared once alone and back on the street.
The pharmacy itself feels slightly barren, with only a couple of lonely shelves in the middle of the store and most of the products lined up along the walls. It's got a smaller range of goods than most, but appears to cover all the basic pharmacy bases. It's also got that really generic and old looking office carpeting that makes everything feel a bit forgotten. Nonetheless, the place is clean.
The prices are within the average, and the staff are friendly but follow you around the room with their eyes in a way that's slightly disconcerting. Nonetheless, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt due to their kind treatment of the other customer. read more
