I have been visiting this store for a very long time and have always been impressed by the quality of service. They seem to have changed their security policy now though and are insisting on checking even handbags. I refused - happy to show a shopping bag but not a handbag, especially when I have been shopping there for years and they had no reason to believe I had stolen anything. They said I could not return to the store! Really upset by this. read more
