I spoke with Leo on the phone and was pleasantly surprised by his friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. I dropped off my car and not long after, received a call with a detailed plan of action and a quote--right in line with what I expected after speaking with Leo. When I came to pick up the car, the staff even stayed late to make sure my alignment was perfect. Great service all around. I even scheduled some future maintenance while I was there. However, I believe God places us with people to be in our lives at the right place and time in our lives!!. I have had horrible experiences with my BMW service department and was looking for another place to take my car.. Junior was very friendly, attentive and seems very consumer focused and very knowledgeable about his passion for cars of all types, especially BMW's. I had planned to make an appointment with him when my next oil change became due. However, after just getting an oil change less than two months ago with the dealership, my oil light came on again, stating I was down a quart of oil!! He fixed in less than an hour what the dealer could not fix after having my car for two weeks and of course several hundred dollars later!! Junior and his team fixed the problem about the cost of an oil change for my BMW! I have found my new mechanic and plan to continue to bring my BMW here for all of his service needs!!! I highly recommend JR's Auto Clinic. Carolyn R.
