Walked in for a quote and they gave me a printout of of 6 different tire types along with prices. No high pressure sales pitch which was nice compared to other places I went to. Went back during their Black Friday Sale to compare prices and was surprised that I could not get a rebate per tire...bonus! I prepaid the tires and made an appointment for a later time. Very convenient. When I went back for my appointment, they took me in immediately which was great considering this location is very busy. They told me it would take about an hour so I waited in their waiting area where they offer complimentary coffee. During the tire installation they also do a complimentary wheel alignment test. In a little over an hour I was driving out with 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. Great service and professionalism...now I hope my new tires last another 60k miles!

I dropped my car off on Monday for a scheduled inspection and didn't receive a single call or update all week. When I finally stopped in on Friday, Drew told me they wouldn't be able to do the work because it required engine work. I understand if a shop can't take on a job, but waiting until Friday to communicate that is unacceptable. A simple phone call from Drew or anyone on the team would have saved me an entire week of waiting.

This place primarily specializes in tires for long haul trucks & commercial trucks. I pulled up & just like Nascar three workers came out with tire jacks & lifted my car up. They started taking my tires off & went through all of the steps & put my new tires on the car. From the moment I pulled into the lot & parked my car they had new tires on my rims & installed within thirty minutes. While I was waiting the guys putting my tires on were very friendly & made conversation. The most important part is that I got some really good tires for an amazing price. Before I came here I had quotes from three different tire places & they beat their estimate by over $150. Overall the service was very fast & they were very friendly. The prices here were great. I would definitely come here again when I am in need for some new tires.

I don't have time to put air in one tire , I'm not going to waste my time opening the garage door just for one tire. then I asked so you are too busy to put air in tire but not busy to clean rims.. how lame they are trying to make money at all cost... he literally told me in a bad tone, not to come back unless I'm going to get some work done to car. he is not going to waste time filling tires with air. .. very very bad bad customer service.. so if you not spending more than $30 don't waste their time.. and yes check all work done if you take your car in for service, they like to lie and pretend they did work that needs fixing but it's a lie, don't trust... and when you get new tires make sure they are actually new... like I said they trying to make money at all cost..
