So as a true Yelper, I did a quick search for places over by USF, and decided to give this place a try. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The thing that bugs me the most about getting my oil changed is when the staff does the old up sell on the things your car needs (think air/cabin filter, transmission flush, etc). I get it, $20 oil changes don't keep your business afloat, but when you're in a hurry, you just don't want to hear it. Well, I didn't get that annoying up sell here, and the guys working there couldn't be nicer (don't get Tim started on his auto racing career! Sorry Timmy, I couldn't resist). I also enjoyed not having to get out of my car. I was literally in and out in 20 minutes, and the price was on point. This place has some mixed reviews, but I'm here to tell you folks that this place is a must visit. Affordable, professional, and fast, pretty dang good combo if you ask me.

I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. I had my radiator and thermostat replaced by Jetts Mobile Service in Tampa. This mechanic was…read moreresponsive and I was able to get my car back the next day. However, a month later I am having to replace one of the parts he installed which all of the parts were HEAVILY marked up when I compared my receipt to autozone prices. He charged me $80 and my local mechanic charged me $25 and its on Autozone for $27. The radiator was marked up by over $200 when I looked today. He said the part is covered under warranty but labor is not to redo what was not operational a month later and I have to pay another $300 to correct the work. I took my vehicle to a local shop and they did testing for free and said they recommended i call him to see if it was under warranty which seems like good business practices so i did and the warranty policy doesnt cover labor so it doesn't make sense for me to go back to him to correct work. The part he installed, he claimed was Chrysler but it was actually MotoRad, an independent company. See photos for my services, the response I got which i personally found very offensive. I chose to not even deal with this for the $40 because I feel the community should beware and hopefully I can save someone else from a bad experience.
