had an appointment for an oil change, was told it would be an hour... came back in an hour, had to ask if my car was finished because I noticed it was still parked and did not appear it had been moved. Was told it would be another half an hour... an hour and a half later I had to ask again, how much longer. Was told again another half an hour. I was the only person in the waiting room and was never updated at all unless I initiated it. I finally walked out and received a call 25 min later that I could come and pick up my car, 3 hours and 15 minutes later for an oil change that I had made an appointment for. I would absolutely not recommend taking your vehicle here. Came in for a basic oil change with an appointment and took 2.5 hours. I was informed my car had a whole boatload of problems that were "urgent" and made my car very "unsafe to drive." I felt I did not trust them so I took my car to a different auto shop I trusted who redid the inspection and informed me none of those problems existed other than leaking break fluid which was a result of a screw being undone (intentionally). This left me to conclude that it was a problem made by Midas so they could try to charge me $1500 to replace my whole breaks. Definitely tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.
