Fast, reasonable rates. Great to deal with. Shaun and his lead mechanic are right on the job. I highly reccommend them!

So Midas wanted to charge me a $1000 for a Alternator for a 2019 Rogue sport okay then charge X amount for 2 hours of labor. I went to AutoZone paid $435.89 for the Alternator and belt watched a 10 minute YouTube video,Work on my own car for 45 minutes because I had to find my tools and replaced myself ridiculous. They are such a rip off that it's unreal. read more

If there was a no star option I would have selected that. One star is nearly too much. The one star could be for Jesse, he was empathetic and understanding and he found me $100 refund out of an $700 charge. I brought my Honda in there, asked them to fix the issue. They told me the issue was an after market part, and it needed replaced with a stock part directly from Honda. So, they replaced it. Said it was fixed, and sent me on my way. I was on the freeway, driving with my kids and the car began having the same, dangerous issue. THE SAME ISSUE, Midas charged me to fix- sent me on my way, and turns out, it wasn't fixed, and I was $700 dollars in the hole. I brought it back. They said it was a different part I needed now. They tried it, it didn't work. They took the part out and didn't charge me, they said I needed to take it to a Honda store to have it fixed- and Sean, the employee I spoke with told me I was basically out of luck. He had no empathy, no real emotion or connect or understanding, not a customer service bone in his body. Jesse on the other hand was very polite and cordial and as helpful as he could be. So now, I'm taking my car straight to Honda, paid Midas $700 to throw me to the wolves! I loved Midas, I've always had a good experience with them- but this time, it was in the likeness of being betrayed by someone you thought was a friend. Extremely disappointing experience at Midas Roseburg. read more

I have 2 vehicles, and I take both of them into Midas in Roseburg. I have never had less than professional service. I also like that they remember me when I come in, that speaks of customer service. I appreciate that they are friendly and on time with the appointments. I have been to other places in town in the past, but I will be making Midas my location for the foreseeable future. read more

Just recently I had a tune up done. A week after the tune up I had a flashing engine light come on. Not only did I find out from another mechanic that Midas was supposed to put in new spark plugs I needed to have new connection wires replaced. Which they did not do or recommend. So now I have to sit and wait to get my truck serviced. The shop desk worker was extremely rude and he told me to go somewhere else. I'm beyond upset. Midas of Roseburg is horrible. The engine light revealed cylinder 3 misfire. These guys just don't know what they are doing. read more

I've been getting oil changes and tire rotations on all three of our vehicles since last spring and twice on the pickup truck. service at Midas is outstanding and i won't bother to change my own oil or rotate my tires. there's always great deals and discounts going on and i'm most likely going to have Shawn and the crew take care of some minor mechanical issues soon since i received coupons via email for fairly deep discounts, for example: 'up to $80 off on 2 axle brake service with their golden guarantee'. i mean come on, why even bother to do my own brakes like i've always done with a discount like that ! i'm local and i like the Roseburg Midas ! i rest read more

I went here to get tune up and oil change. I had to call several times to see if my car was done. Then when I get there, no one explained what they found during the tune up. So basically I paid 220 for a oil change. Never again will I be fooled. read more

Yesterday I had brake service done on my 14 year old car. It was done efficiently and completely fixed the problem I was having. Scheduling was easy. They even picked me up at my house afterwards. Sandi was excellent and most friendly. I would recommend this shop without reservation, Roger read more

Speedy service, nice clean waiting area. Very professional helpful staff. I trust them with my vehicle.

I really enjoy the smiling faces, professional yet not stuffy attitudes and taking time to explain any questions. My last visit in October was wonderful as usual except I did not get a sticker stating next oil change, which I rely on and my computer (?) was not set. I did although go back recently and you guys took care of those items. I look forward to continuing business with you and will definitely give you a A+ rating. It's been a couple of weeks and everything seems to be working fine. What seems to set this Midas apart is they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I have an older truck and just need done what will keep it on the road. This team did the job I needed and got me back out efficiently without trying to sell me other services. I appreciate that. read more

During my oil change, they found my battery tested very low and my belt had cracks. I really appreciated the heads up. I was able to replace them before my vehicle had a break down. They have a great team working the shop. Referred them to Mom, she's been returning to them also :) read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give as many as possible. My daughter was on a roadtrip from California to Washington and found herself in Roseburg, OR with a screeching noise coming from her engine (at 4:47pm). Most mechanics closed at 5, but I called the Midas to see if they could help - as a panicked mom from 450+ miles away. Rene and Charlie stayed late to wait for my daughter, diagnosed the issue (after trying many things, calling VW mechanics in California, and driving across town to find the right part). They were able to fix her car and send her on her way and ALL OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THEIR HEARTS!! I've never (and likely will never again) experienced such amazing customer service. There's no way to repay them for their service and putting this mama's mind at ease. Thank you Rene and Charlie for everything!!! If I'm ever in Roseburg with a car needing service, you'll be the first call - and I'd happily refer any and everyone to you. read more

When called to visit Roseburg on short notice I was unable to get my oil change before starting the trip down from Washington. I didn't want to add the additional 500 miles to my already overdue 5000 mile LOF. Jesse squeezed me in first thing in the morning when I called at 9am. The guys did a GREAT job with NO oversell. They were professional and yet personable and fun. You can see they work well together and care about doing right by their customers, whether local repeats, or road-trip passerby one-time stopins. Although we don't live here, I would stop in for service, if needed, whenever we're in the area. Great price on the LOF too. read more

Charlie and Rene were the best! Both gentlemen were so personable. I had an exhaust/heat shield issue. They fixed it. I had taken it to 2 other places that were not as knowledgeable. Definitely recommend. Thanks Guys! read more

My wife and I both go here for our oil changes. Two things set this place apart from others. First, you can get a tire rotation at the same time which we feel is very important. Second, it's owned by Chris Boice, county commissioner. Whether you are republican, democrat or independent, Chris is one of those guys that treats everyone equally. read more

I was driving to Los Angeles from Seattle when I hit a dead deer in the road (you can't see anything at night when driving through Oregon on the 5. The staff here was incredible and fixed my car at record speed, it was totaled and they had me driving early the next morning. They are always booked but worth the wait. The guys there are like family instantly and you should bring them lunch when they get you in! read more

My husband and I have been taking our vehicle in for servicing at Midas for sometime now. We always received great service .but Recently when we took our car in for its monthly service, the tech who was doing some minor work found a problem with the brake pads. After showing us , he informed us that they would need to be replaced as the pads had became separated. My husband became suspicious of this claim. He was raised by a father who was a mechanic and had some knowledge of how brakes look. After paying for the minor service we received we found out how much it was going to cost for the replacement of the brake pads. Over $300. My husband was not okay with this amount. He promptly cancelled his appointment for the brake replacement and got a second opinion . Les schwaub , informed him that the pads were fine and still had over 3,000 miles left on the pads. They were not separating, as they were riveted . Midas tried to scam us for $300 . Be careful get a second opinion, it could be a costly mistake. We will not be using Midas for any future car servicing. read more
