The wait wasn't as long as I thought it was going to be (about an hour and half). I was happy that I had the Honda care package which covered the cost of the oil change. Johnathan provided excellent customer service in that he throughly discussed the information on the oil change and future services, and also helped with one of my key jobs that wasn't working. He was in the midst of training a new service representative and still did his job with great service. Thanks for the excellent customer service given on this visit. I take customer service seriously as you only get a chance to make a first impression. It let's me see and know who and how you treat customers. Also, there is also a break room for coffee; lounge that is set up like a movie theater and the restroom (Women's) was clean.

I spoke with service advisor and said not to do anything else to my car besides the oil change. I asked him why they would lie to me about my air filter being dirty? The design process took weeks because multiple revisions were needed before the artwork matched what I requested. Due to those delays, their manager, Andres, promised me a $250 credit for the inconvenience. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told Andres had been fired and the owner refused to honor the promised credit. After I got home, I noticed the driver's side rear window wrap was noticeably misaligned. I contacted the owner immediately. He first agreed to reprint the panel and repair it, but later changed his mind and refused, saying it was "standard." The passenger side of my vehicle lines up properly, making it difficult to accept that explanation. The biggest disappointment wasn't the mistake--it was the lack of accountability. I have text messages documenting both the promised credit and the initial agreement to repair the wrap. For such an expensive project, I expected much better customer service.

They installed the new wrap, a very low quality "sign quality" vinyl NOT 3M vehicle wrap vinyl as promised, OVER the existing RV factory graphics as if we would not see the extrusion of the old vinyl. They didn't terminate any of the wrap properly and allowed to peel at door edges and windows. It was beginning to stain from anything that touched it, they didn't even remove the finger prints from the wrap install and the oils from their hand began to stain it. We paid to have professionally cleaned with no luck of removing the finger prints or residue left by thier hands and tools. To be put simply our 100k rv looked like Clark Griswolds worst nightmare.... The son is a lying, non contributing zero, that will say anything to get off the phone with a client thats not happy with the trash he tries to sell them on the phone He acted like he owed the business from day one, come to find out he's just another nipple suckling daddies boy that rides the coat tales of his fathers half hazard work. His daddy acted like he would try to clean up his sons mess by saying he would fix it and didn't. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, just another full of S**8 conversation. We had to take our RV to a true professional but damn near cost us 12k by the end of it all... After paying PW Graphics 10k, we ended up paying the real pros to make it right, almost another 12k. I requested that they refund at least half my money to no avail. I called Amex and after showing them all the details they happily refunded it. They have the nerve to try to have some collection company call me after all this PITA. Biggest mistake they could make... PW Graphics will never stop regretting the day. Because they offer semi-frameless shower enclosures I decided to go with Glass Doctor after confirming they warranty their work for a year after installation. Doing some research I seen they handled a broad scope of work and seemed professional and uniform so I felt confident choosing them for the job. Everything was fine and respectful until after the installation. Getting ready to pay the rest of the bill I had questions about the EnduroShield glass treatment that I ordered. The person handling the transaction tried telling me I never ordered it ($225) until he reviewed the bill. They then applied it to the glass after installation and now, after use, due to the overlap of the two sliding doors, I can tell the space between was missed. I was told to wait 24hrs to let it settle and once I finally used it there was water pooling on the floor from where the water was splashing out underneath the glass. I called and they sent the same tech back out and he tried lowing the glass which did not solve the issue. I called a second time and explained the situation but this time the general manager called me back saying it's "an unforeseen issue" and that I "have to go to home depot and DIY it". I am a patient person and I understand mistakes happen but at this point I felt disrespected. I hired them for their expertise and If I wanted to DIY anything I wouldn't have called. The shower glass that they recommended had a single task and its to keep the water inside the shower. After two phone calls with him I finally drove down there after getting off a 12hr night shift. Speaking to him in person he said "This happens sometimes and I hate having these conversations but its an unforeseen issue so theres nothing we can do". I then tried to explain to him that its the companies responsibility to predict and mitigate these issues adding that they did not mention anything about how my shower might leak in the quote. I even tried to level with him explaining that I spent three years as a commercial locksmith here in Jax and if any customer had any issue I went back and made it right just on moral principle alone. As a professional If I wrote up a quote and missed something my company was obligated to foot the bill - not the customer. After this he was reluctant to schedule someone to solve the issue. Acted like he was doing me a favor for it. The technician came out a week later and put in a seal that solved the problem in under 20min. What really bothered me was the conclusion I came to after my interaction with the general manager. How many kind hearted customers have they had that simply live with issues because they didn't want to cause a problem with the company. In the end the technicians were respectful and the ladies at the front desk were kind but because of the GM ill never recommend this company to anyone.

They allowed me to inspect my vehicle for this issue to confirm the problem, which was a plus. The repair cost ended up being $1400. I couldn't afford it and then I remembered that I had an extended warranty. Everyone knows that extended warranty companies can be difficult to work with because they are trained to find ways to NOT pay. This is why a lot of repair shops don't accept warranties.Diane at Crowder's was patient and went back and forth with the warranty company for 1 week and finally the warranty approved my repair.
