Whoever they had knock out the pins wasn't careful with the punch and hammer AT ALL, leaving big chips all around the pins. I went back to talk to them about it and the owner just keps saying "those are old, I see rust, that's old" but the car is only a year old and at only 15K miles they're the only ones to ever touch the brakes. Don't let the great price reel you in, they aren't careful and won't stand behind the work if they mess up your car.

They said it would be around $200 which I thought was a tad bit higher considering Toyota Would've given me one for 150 but their waitlist was long so I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. There were no calls there were no updates. There was no "hey we found something that price has changed. Would you like us to address it?" I had to do all the calls and they were still mum about the price Reiterating it being about $200. That is until they finished their job on my car and suddenly it shot up to $293 without taxes included. Needless to say, I was shocked at that sticker price and they were less than caring a total shift from prior to that price changed So I guess if you want a $300 alignment no updates no calls. This is the place for you. But I was utterly disgusted at the lack of service lack of care in price stay very far away from this place

So I took my car in (2016 BMW X1) with a transmission warning light. This is after two other mechanics had already looked at it. Dave called me with a recall notice on the shifter. When I went to pick it up he gave me the print out and wouldn't take any money for the Diagnostics he did! And it was just in time because the recall was expiring in May. Honest and knowledgeable. EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment.
