I pulled in the lot a half hour before they open (open at 7:30am). Even in a blizzard, there are folks lining up outside the door 10+ minutes before they open. With a handicap, you might not be able to stand in line for 20 minutes. It would be a great thing to have some number system or way to make an appointment (where that doesn't evolve into a half day thing for an oil change). 2. The parking lot is always choked full of cars. And driving in circles to find a spot isn't the easiest in this lot. Still, this is a great place in terms of value and quality of work.

Finally a nice lady walked by and said she does not work in service but she'd be happy to send someone over. No text no call -nothing I finally returned to the service area and still nobody was in there and I saw someone driving my car parking it and I asked him if my car was done and he said yes so I went to the cashier who was also very grumpy and said hey nobody called me about my car. I got No video, no text, no phone call and I asked is my car ready She finally found my information and she was able to process my payment and there was no coupon applied so I overpaid for rotten service. Had a faulty TPMS tire sensor (as evidenced by the dreaded blinking warning light on my dashboard)…read moreand made an online appointment for a Saturday morning. At first I'm thinking I'd be there for a considerable amount of time, as four other people were waiting for repairs. The TPMS diagnostic check is free of charge. And a new sensor is just 100 bucks plus tax. That's not bad for the convenience. To my delight, they popped in a new sensor and reset my TPMS indicator light in only 20 minutes! I give the highest recommendation for this store and will be back in the near future.
