Before I could react I was immediately offered a discount and an apology. Because I have been here in the past even with my previous car I let them complete the work and was able to get my car that next Monday before 11am.

It's going to the new garage when I get the funds. The other one had major fail after their repair, I had no options really since it had to be towed. I expected they would honor the repair, but no, they charged me another $ 1400 to fix their mistake. A few months later, it failed again. I took it to another garage who repaired it properly for $600. Had I taken to the second place the first time, I would have $2000 in my pocket to spend on tires & brakes. Don't risk it. My rims which I took in by themselves came out exactly how they went in, no damage, no anything, except a little grease (but that's to be expected!)! Overall everyone was friendly, communicated and accommodated my tire weight request, and to not sit my rims just on the ground. A lot of shops don't do what these guys did! The price for 4 tires was extremely fair! They had a lower price than most of the shops around, had the friendliest service of all that I called, so from now on if I have a tire need I will be back! A year ago we switched from using the Fishers location to College Park because we value that long term relationship. So far at this new (to us) location, the team there helped bring a 2002 Park Avenue back to life that most people would have junked-- but for us it was a more cost effective way to get another reliable safe car for one of our kids. And last week they completed another major repair job on a an old LeSabre we've been maintaining for the same reason.
