Mike at the front desk was one of the most amazing people. Friendly and so attentive to my car repairs. Kept walking out to the service area and double checking my car. Fast and friendly and way above most other car repair places! I have been using this place since I have lived in Hunterdon County and really wouldn't use any other place for my oil changes. You get tire rotation, oil change and a full inspection and can use coupons to make it even better. Love this place and everyone who works there and this is my honest opinion. I have been using Midas for the past 6 months for my Ford Explorer and its been nothing but pleasurable. They are honest and very courteous. My vehicle was always done in the time frame they gave and I appreciated that they made me aware that my tires were going to need replacement soon but they didn't pressure to make a sale, more so I felt they were looking out for my families safety. I will be going back to have 4 new tires put on before winter of 2018. I would recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I brought my blazer in for a routine oil change this morning. Through the courtesy check, they found that my tie rod ends were dangerously loose. They were able to work with my on the cost so I wasn't driving an unsafe vehicle. They didn't push for me to get the work done there, but I could tell they were uncomfortable with me leaving. I used a coupon for the $19.99 oil change. I was told I needed various parts and labor in addition to my oil change. I know. But I received a check sheet that said all fluid levels are fine. Fortunately, I like to double check, and I was almost completely out of coolant, which I bought and added on my own. They also told me I needed new front tires. I had bought one of the front tires 5 days ago. So they lost a sale and a customer. And they took an hour to do it. read more

This Midas has changed a lot. I used to not be happy with the service here mainly due to the managers rude attitude. My friend told me that they got new staffing so I decided to give them a second shot since it is local to me. The new manager, Luis I believe it was, was very helpful!
