I can't say enough good things about Davis Brothers Tires in Culver City. I called them about a…read moreslow leak on a brand-new tire I had recently purchased and mentioned that there were dents on the rim. I was worried I'd need to buy a whole new rim, but instead of upselling me, they actually saved me money. They carefully assessed the issue, flattened the rim, rotated my tire, and fixed the problem without pushing unnecessary repairs. That kind of honesty and skill is rare. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. I left feeling taken care of rather than taken advantage of. I will always go back to Davis Brothers Tires and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy tire service in Culver City. Truly amazing experience.

They said I was getting a better deal but that's because they sold me these terrible looking tires. Also, they gave an issue I didn't arrive with. And instead of recommending me to get OEM sensors, they put in theirs and they don't work. Still don't work and now I have to go to Mercedes and solve their problem without my original parts. They basically said oh well and along the way decided never to inform me of the real issues while having me return several times. The worst experience I have ever had. Should be ashamed.

I've…read moretaken my car here a few times now and they've been incredibly helpful, quick, kind and professional every time. The service is always affordable and high quality. I recently brought my Honda in when my engine was malfunctioning. They took the time to thoroughly check everything out. Unfortunately ended up finding that the engine was done for (very old car) and it made more sense to get a new car for me personally, but they ended up not charging me for the diagnostic. Really appreciated that and think it spoke volumes about their integrity. Enrique specifically made a stressful situation so much easier. I'll absolutely be recommending them to others and would go back in the future without hesitation.

After researching shops in West LA (reviews, convenience, and reputation), I chose Cook's Tires & Service and I'm really glad I did. They handled major work including the 90K service, gasket replacements, new tires, and a starter (plus other items along the way). Enrique and the crew were excellent: honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. Pricing was more than fair, and the service quality was solid from start to finish. Highly recommend Cook's Tires & Service if you want a shop you can actually trust.

They were able to add me to the queue of people waiting to get their tires fixed. I had been before, bought all new tires there because I had a flat last year, due to wear and tear. My tires hadn't been replaced since I had bought the car in 2018. When I came back to get my car, the tire was patched and covered by the warranty that came with my tires. They also repaired a part of my undercarriage that was taped up, after running over an object in the road. It had been bothering me for awhile and I wanted to fix it but just hadn't found the time and they did it on their own volition. Really appreciate it. Checked something off my list of things to do. Would recommend them for others in need.

The repair cost $65 and they completed it while I waited. The part that stood out to me was the interaction during the inspection. When the employee asked where the issue was, I began looking for the screw in the tire. After a couple seconds he asked me to pull the car forward, and when I didn't move immediately he raised his voice and repeated it very loudly. I told him that I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way, and after that the interaction continued normally and the repair was completed. In the end the work itself was quick and solved the problem, but the tone of the initial interaction made the visit uncomfortable. Hopefully it was just a stressful moment on a busy day, because the actual repair service was simple and effective.

Had a pretty concerning experience here on Tuesday. I came…read morein for a simple tire repair on a small puncture -- the shop inspected the tire and offered two patch options. I went with the one they recommended because they said it would be a long-term solution. Four days later (on Saturday), while driving on the freeway, the tire had a full catastrophic blowout and completely shredded. I was lucky I was on the far right lane to be able to pull over as a freeway blowout is no small thing. I called the shop to let them know what happened, and instead of any concern or willingness to look into it, I was told patches have "no warranty" and that they don't give refunds. The tone was dismissive, and I was told "come on man, listen to what you're saying," which was surprising given the safety aspect of what happened. For clarity: a tire that is unsafe to repair should not be patched after an inspection, and a tire that is safe to repair should not suffer a catastrophic failure immediately afterward. Either way, this was not handled responsibly. I'm documenting everything, but wanted to leave an honest account in the meantime so others are aware. I expected more care and professionalism from a tire shop given the situation.
