Can't say enough good things about Ken and his team. I've been going here since I moved to LA in 2009. Not saying anyone actually "wants" to visit their body shop (unless they're intentionally getting work done) because it usually means something bad has happened to your vehicle. But living in LA, things are bound to happen and I've had my share of them. Luckily when ever something does happen, I don't even sweat it because I know I'm in super good hands with Ken's. They go above and beyond. They basically take care of almost everything. This last time I had to bring it was due to something rolling into the back of my Range Rover. Besides insurance being the usual pain in the ass, Ken's basically took care of everything, along with a car to drive while it's in the shop. No drama. No extra paperwork. They mostly deal with the insurance. They're simply great. Not to mention, they're all super friendly (Laura and Ken and the rest) and it's always had a "family" vibe, which again, in LA is hard to find. Oh and the actual work? Amazing. Every time I go there I feel like I'm getting a new car back. I've read some of the bad reviews (and there's hardly any bad ones) on here and they're all laughable. I dropped my car off right before the new year due to a neighbor accidentally scratching the bumper of my car and for the estimated time, it was going to take four full days which I was okay with. However once I got the call that my car is ready for pick up, I was shocked to find scratched on my bumper that I didn't have before dropping off. When I had asked the employee who was working there, he was confused and told me that they are able to fix it on the spot. This was around 4:20PM and the shop closed around 5 so I had asked him if this will be more than 10-15 minutes as I had to be at a workout class in 30 minutes. The total time taken to "fix" my car on the spot for these new scratches (which they said were compound that may have gotten on my car) took more than 50 minutes and I ended up missing my class, paying a fee and I had asked the owner or manager to call me to discuss this as no pick up should have taken almost an hour after waiting for four days and with many imperfections on the car from the employees. The owner has not called me back or tried to apologize or resolve this issue. In total, I paid $900 for the initial bumper fix for the scratches but it ended up costing me an extra $100 because I missed my class. read more

Ken's Collision Center is THE BEST auto repair shop I've EVER used. From the moment I stepped onto the grounds I was greeted by friendly people. The office staff is professional, caring and extremely helpful. I purchased my car a few weeks ago and needed to have a few repairs done before the window of opportunity expired. Laura, the Office Manager assisted me with everything! She helped me deal with the insurance company, made phone calls on my behalf and set all appointments! She followed up with me to make sure everything was handled properly. To top off my experience, I spoke to a gentleman at the shop, I thought he was one of the mechanics, turns out, it was KEN!!! The owner of the establishment! He was right there working alongside his staff...offering me a chance to express my concerns and validating my frustration with the insurance company. He listened and supported me, just like Laura! He is a great guy! After the insurance company denied a portion of my claim, Ken and Laura assessed the damages and FIX MY CAR...AT NO CHARGE(the portion the insurance company denied) . It gets better! My car was at the collision center for ONE DAY. The work was excellent, they returned my vehicle in supreme condition and they washed the car! I promise you...this is my experience, no bribery, this is authentic. Hands-down this was a great experience!! Kens done at again!! This is the second time I've used Kens collision for auto body work. First time, I had my drivers side door keyed in under 12 hours of owning my vehicle. They took it in and gave me and amazing rate. The car door looked like new when I got it back in a mere 2 days! Recently, my hood was damaged in a recent wind storm. The fronds came crashing down and caused considerable damage. Luckily it was isolated to the hood only. I knew to take my car back to Ken's and again was taken care of immediately. After being rear ended I wanted the best service for my car. I came to Ken's collision and they have been my go to since. Staff is very welcoming and kind! While I had the car at the shop I decided now would be the best time to get the car wrapped.
