I love Les Schwab! I bought my brand new tires there about 3 years ago? When I had a flat, I…read morecalled them and asked for their help, I had no way of getting my tire there to be fixed. They sent a man out with a truck, and got my tire, put my spare on, and then took my tire to the shop to fix it. I went to the Shop the next day and had my newly fixed tire put back on my car. Talk about *Great* Service! I am a Senior, and I remember when this was the kind of service you "used to get" Everywhere you went, years ago. Remember when you'd go to a gas station and they'd check your oil, and wash your windows? they don't do that anymore sadly. it would be really nice if they would. but Service is Not like it used to be. I asked a gentleman at a gas station if he'd mind checking my oil one day, and he said "we only pump gas Miss." I was like what......? It was if I had asked him to do the impossible! Now, most places charge you ridiculous prices for doing Everything! so I am a pleasantly pleased Senior, that is Very Happy and Pleased that Les Schwab has not forgotten How to Treat Their Customers! very *Professional* and Awesome service! I give them 5 Stars! Proudly!

I had a simple brake job done on my Prius and they messed up the parking brake. The emergency brake…read morepeddle suddenly was going all the way to the floor. At first their mechanic said they lost a part to the brake cable. They had to order the full cable assembly from dealer to get the part they said was missing. When the assembly finally came, the next mechanic said the pedal was 'supposed to go all the way down' and they was nothing they could fix. I said if they cant fix it correctly I would take it to the dealer and have them do it right and send them the bill. I took the car to Toyota - they said it was a simple repair and now the parking brake pedal is like it should be - ie. when set it stops about two inches off the floor. I cant believe a professional mechanic would blow off a customer who obviously knows something about cars. I hate to imagine what they do to people who dont know any better. I will never trust this shop with any repair again.

Only five stars, because I can't give more. I always shop at America's tire down in sacramento. A…read moredifferent name, but the same chain. Good tires, great prices , awesome customer service, and they stand behind what they sell. My two rear tires were at the point where they needed to be replaced, so I decided to have them done while I was up here. I purchased the tires online, they offer a military / veterans discount, and they were the exact same price as if I would have bought them in sacramento, with one *BIG* exception. It' s Oregon, so no sales tax! I made an appointment online to have the tires changed here. I come in at my appointment time, and I am met by Will. Very friendly, very personable, very thorough, the same great service that I love getting from America's / discount tire. Will checks my ID, goes out to get the information that he needs from my car, and comes back. He tells me that my car will be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. Guess what? Only a little more than a half hour later, my car is sitting at the front door, ready to go. Will and I finalize all the paperwork, and my road trip continues. I received The same fantastic customer service that I always get from discount/america's tire. Thanks again, and I will See you next time!

He said that's unsafe and could also affect my gas mileage etc. At the time I had called in I was pretty focused JUST on getting the tires and driving to California. But after a month my gas mileage is SO much better. Which means I'm saving at the pump. The ride is SO quiet. So good. I didn't expect this huge expense, but I don't go cheap on tires and I always research on Tire Rack first but MAN I was impressed by the service and knowledge at Discount Tire at this location. I now can attest to the EXCELLENT VALUE because these may be my favorite tires YET on my car. Thank you DISCOUNT TIRE!

I think the service rep we talked with pegged us as wealthy or something because it's a 2024 car. Truth is it's a trade in that we managed to afford because it's $200 less per month than our last car. He claimed that there was a screw in the shoulder that couldn't be fixed and we needed to buy four brand new tires totaling over $2400, because they didn't have a tire in stock that matched the tread. We're honestly broke. This would have destroyed the whole vacation and a whole lot more. We opted to leave and try our best with the road side assistance for our car. That did not pan out. We were literally sitting on the side of the road for an hour at one point. We managed to fill the tire with a portable pump and just barely made it to the Newport Lea Schwab. There, they fixed the 'irreparable' tire without so much as a peep about the supposed damage and didn't ask for a dime. The rep at this Les Schwab was a scummy piece of work and legitimately endangered our lives because he thought he could scam us into spending $2400 on tires that we absolutely didn't need. He should be ashamed of himself, and I wish I'd gotten his name so I could complain to corporate.

Extremely disappointing service. I went in for a system check up and brake work, as they were…read moresounding rather squeaky. After finishing work and paying 700 for the services, I found the brake noise was still persisting in the front. I originally asked them to replace the front brakes as they were still on warranty. Despite this notion they replaced just the rear brake pads and rotors. Also after further inspection, the rear rotors are completely rusted, while the front rotors which I've had for 4+ years are clean. If I'm going to be charged 700 to not fix the issue, I'd hope they at least issue me new equipment. Do not get service here.

Shining example of why people don't trust mechanics anymore…read more Changed some belts on a friends car, noticed her tie rod boot was completely dry rotted and falling apart. Nothing strange on a 20 year old car. But when I asked the last time someone had been under there she said Firestone, last week for an alignment and got a list for service suggestions. One of which was belts- both were still in decent shape btw.... No mention of the boot being 60% gone and the inner tie rod being on its way out. Which leaves me with three guesses: 1 tech was having a really bad day, happens but inexcusable when doing alignment with failing components staring at you. 2 broke it completely while doing the alignment, say nothing. charge em for parts and labor next time while letting it go completely to crap and potentially unsafe. 3saw it and left it knowing they'd charge next time in regardless. Sheet said they adjusted all 3 angles, didn't look like lock nut had been budged on that one tho..... Any combination of those three scenarios equals hack mechanic and very likely a dishonest one too. Final note, 2 of 3 local parts stores had boot and both tie rods in stock. Whatever logic in firestones mind-doing the job right was too much to ask. However per their service suggestions they would be quite happy to charge her 72$ to change a breaklight bulb. I Wish I was making that number up. Let you readers do the math before going here. I personally wouldn't trust them to fix my lawnmower.
