It took them over 4 weeks to receive them. When the parts finally arrived, the tech comes and installs them, machine worked for once cycle and stopped working again. In all the years I've owned appliances I've never had to wait more than a week for anything service related . It's the company's processes and policies and customer "service" I have an issue with. They are complete garbage. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I've seen several other reviews where the experience was similar to mine. And the terrible responses from the company to those reviews; defensive and condescending. Do not hire Platinum crap-pliance for anything.
